05/05/2024: A small hotel restaurant on the station square in Cholet. Le Bistrot de la Gare offers careful and generous cuisine, without pretension. Each dish is a delight, carefully prepared and served with simplicity. I really enjoyed my meal and I highly recommend this hotel restaurant to all lovers of good cuisine.

On the two dishes chosen by my colleague and I we were able to appreciate the cook's expertise on two different meats

Always pleasant welcome.
Good location with parking.
Buffet breakfast with lots of choice and good products.
Despite the decor of the rooms which could do with some updating, it is still very pleasant to sleep in this establishment.
Strong point: impeccable cleanliness!
