30/07/2026: Incredible! This meal felt almost unreal. The cuisine was exquisite, an explosion of flavors and textures. Chef Matan Zaken's influences range from the Middle East and Asia. The wine pairings were perfectly coordinated with each course and of excellent quality. Thank you to Alexandre for educating us about his wines, and thank you to Jade for her impeccable service and ever-present smile. What an evening! I loved it! 🤩
