17/09/2026: We wanted a table on the covered terrace by the wall, primarily because of our dog. Unfortunately, we were refused with the explanation that all those tables were reserved. We found it all the more perplexing that even after about two hours, those very same tables were still unoccupied. It was therefore incomprehensible to us why we weren't allowed to sit there. On top of that, the service was exceptionally unfriendly. It seemed to us that the owner was the one serving. Her interactions with us throughout our entire stay were very unfriendly and lacked warmth. As guests, we felt anything but welcome. We also noticed a significant difference in portion sizes. Our portions and side dishes were considerably smaller than those of the other guests. We can't say for sure what the reason was, but such unequal treatment naturally raises the question. We don't want to accuse anyone of any malicious intent, but we were left with a bad feeling. Overall, we felt neither welcome nor treated fairly. It's particularly disappointing that we felt we were treated differently as guests. And if our nationality did indeed play a role: Our generation can't be held responsible for the past. We simply want to be treated respectfully and equally as guests, regardless of our origin. Overall, our visit was therefore very disappointing. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend this restaurant.

17/09/2026: Unfortunately, our visit was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, we wanted a table on the covered terrace. We were refused, told that all the tables were reserved. We were left with only a table outside, where it was very windy that evening. It was all the more frustrating that around 9:30 p.m. – about two hours later – almost all but one of the terrace tables were still empty. The explanation about the reservations was therefore incomprehensible to us. The food also failed to impress us. It was average at best and not commensurate with the prices. In our opinion, the quality and portion sizes in no way justify the price level – the value for money is simply not there. We found the unequal treatment of guests particularly unpleasant: The other French guests were given nuts before their meal and significantly larger portions of side dishes. We were clearly not given these. Whether this was a coincidence or perhaps due to the fact that we are German, we cannot say. However, we certainly got the impression of unequal treatment. The food was also disappointing. In addition, the service was exceptionally unfriendly and unwelcoming, presumably provided by the owner herself. Throughout our entire visit, she seemed more annoyed with us than welcoming. All in all, we felt neither welcome nor treated fairly. For us, the overall experience – the service, the way guests were treated, the food, and the value for money – was completely unacceptable. We would definitely not recommend this restaurant.
