03/07/2026: We came as a family on a Saturday evening and left deeply disappointed, mainly because of the service, which was unworthy of an establishment claiming to be fine dining. Upon arrival, we weren't offered a drinks menu. We were simply asked if we wanted a beer or a glass of champagne. What if you don't drink alcohol? Providing a proper menu is the bare minimum. The service then piled on the blunders: we were interrupted mid-meal to be handed the menu, and we were asked to clear our own napkins… These details, taken together, give an impression of amateurism. The worst part was the wine incident. My mother tasted a glass that didn't suit her, which is precisely the point of offering a taste before serving. The waiter's reaction was unbelievable: "Well, madam, I've opened the bottle, what am I supposed to do with it now?" "An inappropriate, disrespectful remark, completely contrary to the service standards one has the right to expect in a restaurant of this caliber. As for the food, it's decent, but nothing exceptional and certainly not worth the prices. The atmosphere is cold, the service is disastrous, and the overall experience absolutely does not justify the reputation the establishment tries to cultivate. We will not be returning and absolutely do not recommend this restaurant."

23/06/2026: Simply the best restaurant we've ever been to. Everything was absolutely perfect: the flavors, the portions, the value for money, and the service from Pascal and his team. Thank you for the many wonderful moments we shared at this fantastic establishment!

If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, don't hesitate; you won't be disappointed. The ambiance and service are on par with the food. This restaurant deserves a Michelin Guide review.

05/03/2026: We booked a table for nine, but unfortunately, only seven of us arrived at the last minute and we mentioned it upon arrival. We were immediately attacked before we were even seated for not having given prior notice. We apologized and asked for an explanation, but instead of a sympathetic response, we were met with a rigid and unresponsive person. After several minutes of discussion, another person arrived and made things even worse, so we decided to leave.

11/07/2026: If you're thinking of eating at Au Bureau, I suggest you book your best day off work... A Guinness with a third of the foam, a 30-minute wait for an appetizer platter (at least it wasn't too hot, so we could eat it right away), and don't even get me started on the nearly 40-minute wait for burgers that arrived overcooked and had to be sent back (ordering medium when you ask for rare is unacceptable), another 20 minutes for two ice cream sundaes and a cookie, and the coffees they supposedly sourced from Colombia that never actually arrived... As my mother used to say, "patience is a virtue," and leaving here felt like stepping out of a convent—it couldn't be more virtuous. Luckily, the staff were courteous and understanding. We did eat well, but it definitely wasn't worth the interminable wait of over two and a half hours.

08/07/2026: As a regular visitor, I'm always impressed by the quality of Gaëtan's dishes and the service 🙏🙏. He's always attentive to his customers. Thank you, never disappointed.

31/05/2026: I often come to Le Beffroi, and out of respect, so as not to overstep my bounds, I'm giving it 3 stars. However, your waiter, bouncer, or whoever it is, who speaks to people like dogs just because we sit down at a table, I find that unacceptable. We simply sat down at 12:15 AM for a drink, and this gentleman in red came up to us very aggressively, saying, "We're not serving anymore, there's no point in sitting down." We instinctively checked the time, and he replied, "There's no point in looking at the time, I'm telling you, we're not serving anymore, that's all." A little respect for customers, who are just asking for a drink without realizing it's closed because it was busy, isn't too much to ask. This isn't the first time I've heard about him, and this time, I've had proof. This needs to change, because it's a real shame, for a place that is otherwise decent.

30/05/2026: I was simply waiting for a table on the terrace next door. When a table finally became available and we sat down, telling the waiter we were ready to order food and drinks right away, he brought over his manager, who told us he didn't want us as customers and didn't care about our orders. He spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner, a truly extreme lack of professionalism considering how he treated his customers. Who, by the way, will never be customers again. According to him, we should have finished our beers before sitting down, despite, I remind you, having clearly stated that we wanted to order food and drinks and that we only had beers while waiting for a table, as everything else was occupied until then. But I suppose it's not the boss, but just a manager who's biting off more than he can chew… It's a shame the team in charge needs to be reviewed.

01/05/2026: We arrived for a birthday celebration with great enthusiasm, but left very disappointed. The welcome was cold and the service particularly unpleasant: no attention was paid during the meal, a dish was spilled on us without apology, and several inappropriate remarks were made. The atmosphere made us feel very uncomfortable, with a real sense of being judged rather than welcomed. We arrived in good spirits, and left disgusted. At the end of the meal, the owner came to ask us to leave a review, mentioning the bartender's background (similar to ours), which deeply upset us. We told him that we don't discriminate based on background. Then he started imitating young people from the suburbs… We later learned that this same bartender, the only one who was professional and respectful to us, was no longer working the next day, which shocked us even more. The only positive point: the bartender himself, for his professionalism and respect. Keep walking.

28/07/2026: The shop is very clean and pleasant, with friendly and attentive staff. The cream puffs and drinks are delicious, varied, and of very good quality. It's the perfect setting for an intimate afternoon tea with a friend; I love this place. The sugar pies are also very good. A fantastic spot in Yutz; both young and old will be delighted!

12/07/2026: The cream puffs are good, but the flavor is far from natural. The lemon one tastes like chemicals. The sandwiches and pastries are hard and dry. It's been a long time since I've been this disappointed by a bakery…

04/08/2026: A small update to my rating: I don't know if it's related to the holiday period or not, but things have been getting progressively worse these last few months: - The children's menu is getting worse and worse (no more burgers, just two choices in mid-July) (tenders or ground beef) - It was a real struggle to find clean glasses (spoiler alert: we shared one) - No air conditioning - The toppings are adequate (it's Flunch, after all) - Friendly staff (+1 star thanks to them)

01/08/2026: One word: Shameful.... Apart from the cashier who was very smiley and friendly, the rest of the staff... Detestable. And I'm not even talking about the quality of the "buffet," which isn't one at all... It's a pittance; it takes 30 minutes to replenish the few vegetables that are available... On the other hand, three trays of fries and rice reappear instantly—it's magic, you'll see. Disappointed, I won't be back.

28/06/2026: I had breakfast there; the prices are a bit high. The pain au chocolat and the café crème were good but standard. The waitress was rather unpleasant, barely responding to us. However, the terrace is lovely in the summer.
