24/06/2026: In a beautiful natural setting surrounded by Heron Lake, we discovered a small amateur theatre group and had a wonderful time in their company. The only problem is that it's very difficult to get there and very poorly signposted. Furthermore, the GPS sends you down a small dead-end road lined with houses. I think the Villeneuve-Neuve-d'Ascq town hall should review the signage and clearly indicate the route to follow, as there are practically no road signs...
23/06/2026: After your walk around the lake, relax at Quanta. We love their crepes and can't wait to try their waffles! A must-visit spot, surrounded by nature!

25/05/2026: Incredible restaurant!!! From the welcome to the food. Succulent dishes, the gentleman who greeted us was exceptionally kind and a wonderful host. Honestly, I highly recommend it.
23/05/2026: We went without really knowing what to expect, and it was a wonderful discovery! The portions are very generous, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. I must emphasize the exceptional kindness and thoughtfulness of the manager, which is rare these days! It makes all the difference! I highly recommend it. I wish you all the best.

19/07/2026: A very warm welcome in a beautiful setting with the option of dining on the terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room. Set menus are available, as well as à la carte options.
The scallops and burger were excellent. However, I was disappointed by the dessert; the Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce) was not up to par for the price.
I still recommend it, though.

12/05/2026: A pleasant time spent with friends, with a friendly welcome. The decor has become a bit vintage, but it's nice; it's a change from the nightclub-like bowling alleys. The restaurant is very good, we ate well, and the set menu (main course + drinks + bowling) is a good deal.

02/06/2026: Nice golf course with a great welcome overall. I went on a rainy day, but the surroundings were very pleasant. The clubhouse was excellent after a lovely afternoon spent there. I'd definitely go back!
30/05/2026: Visiting from Canada, we enjoyed a wonderful meal at your restaurant. The service was excellent. My sister and I came here on May 14 to retrace the steps of our father who was billeted at the former chateau on this site. In the fall of 1944 his Royal Canadian Air Force 409 squadron took over the Lille airfield and drove the Germans out of the area. When I read references about the war much is made about some infamous Nazi who occupied the chateau….perhaps more credit needs to be given to the Canadian pilots and crew who helped liberate the area and drive the invaders out of France!

28/06/2026: A bit disappointed with Pata Pata last night. We ordered, and they didn't even ask me if I wanted raw vegetables. In the end, I got home with a roll... a fricadelle! Very little sauce... practically none. And that's it! (See photo) Disappointed, and the fries weren't great either. Not sure I'll go back.
