24/03/2024: Very nice gastronomic discovery with Sélune. A 5-course tasting menu full of flavors that encourages you to travel. The dishes are both delicate, striking and sometimes very regressive (special mentions for the Jerusalem artichoke rosti and the madeleine for dessert). I don't like black pudding or Brussels sprouts. However, this entry definitely convinced me that a talented chef can change our minds. The service is professional, efficient, relaxed and fun. Congratulations also for the selection of quality wines! Come and discover the team and the cuisine, you will be in good hands with Bérangère and Célia! In any case, we will come back!

The recipes are carefully prepared. The efficient and friendly service.

The cocktails are very good.
The welcome was great and the waitress was super friendly!
I highly recommend
The tuna samosas and the overturned bowl are killer 🤌🏼

When I ask for a poor salad leaf, it is refused, I will have to pay €9 for a more elaborate sandwich.
Definitely for tourists. Choose standard bakeries with equally good quality.
18/03/2024: Fantastic everything here. The ham, cheese, butter sandwich is the best in Paris. If you don’t speak French it’s ok, walk in say Bonjour, and when they switch to English don’t be offended. Ask what they recommend and after you pay, say merci, bonne journée and go enjoy your sandwich.

05/04/2024: 5 stars because more is not possible, although this restaurant deserves at least double! What a great experience this dinner with friends at Servan was! A very fine meal, served by a very attentive team, very good advice, the servers are very professional and dynamic, passionate, they know their job inside out! We really had a great time, with a menu worthy of the greatest chefs, in a very warm atmosphere, with top-notch service! I recommend Le Servan with your eyes closed!

27/03/2024: I came with a friend for the "grand diner" with Patrick Bouju, and we were thrilled. The 4 courses were a dream, and the wine pairing rounded off the specialties perfectly. The ambience was to die for. Thank you to everyone who was involved!
26/03/2024: A discovery for lunch, it was simply perfect. The advice on wine was particularly good, it's time to come back to try the evening menu!

Very good wine selection and super delicious food.
If the service still adapts, it would be a top shop.

The food is delicious and cool. Short menu focused on seasonal bests. We had the house specialty croquettes (so rich), the butternut squash with egg, steak, and onion soup. All absolutely excellent. Desserts were the lava cake and kiwi compote with flakey pastry and also excellent. Definitely recommend!

A suggestion: just because we have water doesn't mean we have to drink it from a glass that looks like a verrine. Another effort. Thank you and congratulations for the quality of the welcome and the meal. See you soon.
