09/09/2024: While wandering the neighborhood, I was looking for a simple bistro as indicated in the description. What was my surprise when I arrived at Towa! Towa is a refined gourmet restaurant offering creative, colorful and, above all, delicious cuisine. To make the experience completely successful, we were taken care of from starter to dessert by attentive and delicate service. We will definitely come back to taste the Carte Blanche menu in order to discover all the subtleties of the menu.

08/09/2024: We had a fantastic time at TOWA. The tasting menu was amazing, a real adventure of taste and texture. The service was impeccable. Both of us feel like dining here was the highlight of our weekend in Paris 💕

17/09/2024: Très déçu par rapport aux avis. Le menu a 25 € comprenait un plat (croque, steak haché,pâtes) et un dessert. Autant manger chez mcdo. L’huile des frites était à changer. Café amer sans chocolat ni gâteau. Serveuse plus occupée à attraper le chaland dans la galerie qu a s occuper des clients. Un monsieur à côté de moi a demandé un café gourmand, plusieurs fois à préciser gourmand, mais la serveuse n a pas pris le temps de l écouter donc il a eu un café et s est fait rembarrer. Quand à la cuisine maison j ai des doutes…. Quant au menu affiche sur ardoise il faudrait qu il soit lisible pour tout le monde. Conclusion c est la 1ere fois et la dernière fois

24/09/2024: This cozy, rustic restaurant tucked away in the corner of a street has always caught my eye, being consistently packed during lunch and dinner hours. After living in the neighborhood for years, I finally had the chance to try it. Be sure to come hungry, as the portions are generous. The complementary appetizer was intriguing, with flavors we couldn’t quite place. I highly recommend the pastilla de confit de canard – a delightful balance of sweet and savory with an interesting mix of textures. For something lighter, go for the croustillant au cantal. The molten chocolate cake was a standout – dense, rich, and not overly sweet. The roasted apples served as a perfect palate cleanser with their slight acidity, ideal for those without a sweet tooth. The apple tart, more akin to an apple cake, was also delicious and not too sweet. Given the reasonable prices (20€ for a menu, 5€ for a glass of wine), the generous portions, and the quality of the dishes, I highly recommend this spot!

18/08/2024: Small but nice! I was warmly welcomed and was lucky to spontaneously get a table in the evening. The kitchen opens at 7 p.m. in the evening. Small bistro with a weekly changing menu (on the slate). Here we concentrate on a few dishes. But they are fresh and of very good quality. Sold out (=crossed out) means sold out. The selection can be a little smaller at the weekend. This is a consequence of freshness and quality. From my perspective, the right priorities are being set here. There are down-to-earth dishes and French classics of very good quality. I was thrilled with my three courses. Great host and very warm service. I felt completely comfortable. Good value for money.

24/09/2024: Brilliant place to get great wine at extremely cheap prices. The staff is very friendly. It is a popular place, so arrive early if you want to sit.

22/09/2024: Closes at 10pm. When you've arrived and started drinking. It doesn't fit in a wine bar. The decoration is an attempt at vintage without reaching it. Modern music that doesn't suit you at all.

15/09/2024: This evening I happened to be passing through the neighborhood, we heard music and were curious to know who was singing Johnny Halliday, a super nice waitress invited us to come in and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere at Le P'tit Zinc. Favorite, I loved it, and I can't wait to go back quickly, I highly recommend it!

03/09/2024: Really unbeatable value for money for Paris! We ordered 2 dishes from the daily recommendations board (you should really pay attention to that!) One Capellini Bolognese and one Bavette with delicious pepper sauce and (great crispy) fries - very tasty and the meat was extremely tender! Super nice service, more than attentive and a really great side effect: if you don't want to go without your Aperol Spritz in Paris, it's an absolute blast: €6!!! 😉

29/08/2024: Lunch this afternoon on 08/29/24 in the company of a world boxing champion 🥊 English Fabrice Benichou. We were received by Bertrand, the boss of the Olympe sport café, Olympic champion and army world champion in Judo. Exceptional welcome, friendliness, good manners, professional, top burgers! Forgotten Macdonald Customer for many years, If you want to have a good time... Don't hesitate. The evening is more festive... For business or family meals also possible... 20/09/2024: I recommend this restaurant. The gentleman is exceptionally kind and value for money, nothing to say. The chicken in green sauce is incredible.

20/09/2024: Food poisoning after our visit to this restaurant. I don't recommend it at all, the chicken is not prepared fresh, a bacteria made us sick. In addition, we cannot sit where we want in the restaurant even though there was room. The knives cut poorly and the hygiene of the toilets needs to be reviewed. Finally, be careful, the waiter was pleasant but he did not give us the correct amount in change.

04/09/2024: The food is different but very good. All local products. Great quality-price. There was only one girl who spoke a little Spanish but we understood each other and the others tried to understand us. There is no coverage for the translator.
