02/12/2025: We went on a Saturday at lunchtime: bad idea! Bad experience!! The service was horribly slow 😰 We had to go to the bar several times to order… It was incredibly noisy: there was a birthday party with a large table next to us. The food wasn't tasty: the duck breast wasn't good quality, the sautéed potatoes tasted too much of garlic… in short, not great!!! The "gourmet coffee" tasted like it was mass-produced. I don't recommend it!

26/11/2025: "I'll give you the health inspection number"... that was the manager's response when I told her I wasn't happy with my meal. And no wonder, I ordered a shoulder of lamb and got beef cheek... but the waitress insisted otherwise... and it wasn't the first time... luckily I like lamb and don't have any allergies. Then I decided to try the chocolate mousse, which wasn't mousse at all, but chocolate-flavored egg white that had been refrigerated. The problem is that I had already mentioned this to the waitress, as it had been reported during a previous lunch. The waitress took back my "mousse," and the manager made me pay for the set menu... so I ended up without dessert and not with the main course I ordered. And she told me, "If you're not happy, then don't come back."

10/12/2025: The meat isn't as good as it used to be…! The flank steak was sirloin-tender. The burger was tasteless and cold, and the fries were frozen cold. Really disappointed!

09/12/2025: Well located in Bercy Village, but disappointed by the quality of my €24.00 hanger steak 😕, the hippo steak was much better and significantly cheaper, and the green beans were inedible... On the other hand, the waitress was pleasant 😊

17/02/2026: Conveniently located right across from the arena. The food is good but expensive. The men's restroom is deplorable 🤢 The staff is efficient and helpful despite the crowds.

15/02/2026: After the concert at the Accor Arena, we found a seat right away. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly. The burgers and pinsa were good, just a little cold, but maybe that was me, given the crowd that followed.

16/12/2024: A hotel well located and convenient for access to different cultural sites and restaurants. The room is cozy and comfortable, a pleasure to spend a romantic weekend there. The only thing that bothered me is that sometimes some other guests can be noisy and you can hear them through the door. Otherwise everything was perfect from the welcome, to the breakfast and the room.

12/12/2024: I HAD A GOOD STAY, LISTENING STAFF. CLEAN HOTEL. THE GREAT PDJ. WHEN AT THE RESTAURANT THE LUNCH AND EVENING MEAL IS BALANCED AND GOOD.

01/03/2026: We didn't like anything: not the atmosphere, which was supposed to be chic and upscale but wasn't at all, nor the wine, and certainly not the food. We're still looking for the crispy chicken! Luckily, the prices are reasonable.

24/01/2026: The place is nice but the owner lacks tact, which is a shame as it spoils the atmosphere.
