09/07/2025: Amazing view, top-notch service, and fabulous food. We had the tomato burrata for starters—it was very, very tasty, as were the snails. The steak for main course was also very good, and for dessert, the chocolate mousse. Although it's in a tourist area, it's really not expensive. The price/performance ratio is absolutely perfect.

The food is carefully prepared and you find dishes which you won‘t find in the contemporary standardized bistro kitchen of Paris. I have the impression that the cooks really like what they do. I am looking fwd to eating there again.

24/04/2026: Le Chat Noir is a restaurant near the Moulin Rouge that I definitely recommend visiting if your trip takes you to that neighborhood. The atmosphere is so relaxed, the staff is approachable and charming, and the food is so delicious. We loved everything - from the appetizers, pate to the lamb, Caesar salad and salmon that melted in your mouth. The portions are quite generous, so don't rush into ordering too many appetizers. The wine recommended by the waiter blended perfectly with the flavors.

27/04/2026: A true neighborhood institution ⭐️ After all these years, this place remains a Lamarck-Caulaincourt landmark 🏡 There's something timeless about it ✨ You settle down on the terrace, have a drink 🍷, and watch the light gently descend on Montmartre 🌇 It doesn't get more Parisian than this 🇫🇷 Having an aperitif facing the sun at the end of the day 🌞 is almost a ritual 🥂, and the trap is that you stay… a long time ⏳ because you feel so good here 😌 As for the food 🍽️, nothing to complain about 👍 It's generous, well-executed, a true brasserie just the way we like them 💯 And the place continues to get more beautiful with time 🏛️ without losing its soul ❤️ it's not Just a restaurant, it's a landmark 📍 Clearly a place you'll return to... without ever questioning it 🔁🔥

24/03/2026: It had been exactly one year since I'd been to this place. The first time, the service was slow, but still friendly. This time, the experience was less enjoyable, and I certainly won't be returning. The service was extremely slow, and we ordered sharing platters that left much to be desired: overpriced for what they were. In the end, you're mostly paying for the view… Not to mention that the chicken, which was supposed to be fried, was raw, and there was a pregnant woman in our group… We received some compensation from the establishment, but it's still a shame, because the place itself is nice.

21/03/2026: As soon as we arrived were made to feel unwelcome. We only wanted a drink but it was almost like they didn’t want us to be there. We got up and left after no one came to take our drinks order. Shame as the setting seemed lovely and a perfect place to enjoy the sun.

02/05/2026: The restaurant is closed – yet they're still booking appointments online, collecting data, and even requesting appointment confirmations. Ultimately, we were standing in front of a construction site. It would be appropriate to take the booking tool offline during the renovation.

09/03/2026: I ordered a sea bass fillet and, after a long wait, they served me a salmon fillet that wasn't even on the menu. They didn't inform me, and when I asked for an explanation, they made up an excuse saying the menu had changed.
