26/02/2024: Superb restaurant, the setting is very pleasant, cozy atmosphere and the menu is fantastic. We started with small aperitif cocktails then we ordered our dishes which were simply divine.

Very tasty food , excellent dishes that really hold the Corsican Cuisine Culture .
The Food was actually very good , the impression has left me very very satisfied from the point of entry until the exit.
The waiter welcomes you with a smile , the waitress listens and gives you her own advice…
Very welcoming and super polite.
(They offered to take my bag and check my coat)
This is what paris needs !
10/10 visit !

09/05/2024: The restaurant was wonderful. Food tasted incredibly good for everyone. The staff was incredibly attentive and nice. Their English is incredibly good and they were very nice about our attempts at French. Would definitely recommend this place. Its view is currently impacted slightly due to construction, but it is still a very nice place to sit. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bill. It was way cheaper than we would expect this close to the heart of Paris
I was a bit surprised that the bread was served next to the onion soup rather than on top, but that did not make it taste less good

05/04/2024: Palace gardens... huge, beautiful... an oasis of greenery in the center of Paris, in front of the Louvre, a unique place with numerous sculptures, symbols of Paris, cafes, full of charm... I recommend it

14/05/2024: I came yesterday with a friend and honestly I had a very pleasant time, but what I liked best was really the service and especially the gentleman who took care of us. (I regret not having taken his name to thank him personally).
He gave us good advice on caviar (while I usually only take Pétrossian), he was very attentive, he even showed us a great trick for serving champagne, and, for dessert, he seated us in terrace. That was really nice of him.
The carpaccio was classic, but the pavlova delicious.
I can't wait to go back even if I was apprehensive about the too "touristy" side, well, as a French person, I loved it :)

Waiting times for orders around 35-40 minutes (also for drinks).
When we placed the first order, we were immediately informed that we had to leave the place in 1.5 hours because of other reservations (table reservation was at 8:30 p.m.).
Staff threw a dirty cloth on my friend's lap, causing a stain on the dress.
Starter was very good, the main course (chicken) was absolutely not worth the price (you could eat it).

04/04/2024: A classic that has never gone unworthy 15 years after having had your first coffee there.
Covid has led many former HQs to change their practices and lose quality, but this is not the case at Le Fumoir (except for the snack formula: the cakes become really tiny).
Pleasant service in both the restaurant and bar, good quality cocktails, jazzy soundtrack, breathtaking view.

06/04/2024: After a long day, I got exactly what I was looking for, nice and prompt service, staff knew their food and their drink, so you can ask whatever if you’re not sure. Another positive is that we weren’t rushed. Food was fabulous and the prices couldn’t be more correct.
05/04/2024: Very nice and super busy bistro behind place des Victoires. Fast and friendly service. Good and cheap dishes. Lively and warm environment

31/03/2024: Disappointing. Between the servers arguing in the dining room, the waiter who didn't say hello to us, who had to ask 3 times what we had ordered and who didn't even apologize when one of the dishes arrived incomplete (they had forgotten fries) and the price of drinks (11.5 euros for a pint of beer, 3.5 euros for espresso) I regret this choice of restaurant.

Here, from the appearance it may seem better, neither one thing nor the other deserves more than a 6.
The weakest salad I have ever eaten.

05/04/2024: Characteristic restaurant in the Latin Quarter. Excellent fish specialties (especially seafood and shellfish) but the meat is also good. Efficient and courteous service in a hospitable and evocative place, characterized by original paintings... of dogs (who however don't smoke)
