27/08/2024: Good morning. We recently booked tea time for two people. We are extremely disappointed. We were entitled to a cold drink. We ask for an iced coconut punch but we are told that there is no more. We therefore fall back on other proposals but with each order we place, we are told that the product is out of stock: no Iced strawberry latte, no iced tea, no basil lemonade... Failing that, we ask for a juice that remains available. We took the sage rhubarb which was clearly not our first choice but half of the menu was obviously not available. This one was extremely sour. We therefore had to leave tea time early as we could not tolerate this juice.
We are therefore extremely disappointed with this tea time that we had booked. The menu offered clearly does not correspond to the reality of the products available and we left sick. We contacted customer service to report this. We received no response. No consideration for the customer. Not even a message. We will never set foot in this place again. Very disappointing.

28/09/2024: Nice hotel for the price. Room was fine. Bed was very good. Bathroom was small but nice and clean. There is a light right outside the window that stays on until 12 or 1 am and makes it impossible to get the room completely dark. There was also a cigarette smell coming through the bathroom vent at night. Not sure what that was all about. Great location near Notre Dame and the Hop-on Hop-off buses.
26/09/2024: Delicious food great prices and fantastic attention... probably one of the best places I have visited on this trip.

The coffee and hot chocolate were really good!
25/06/2025: Paul had accustomed us to better.
Chicken salad with crudités (2 small slices of chicken, green salad, a few strands of grated cheese and carrots) for almost €10 with no flavor. A bland flan... and to top it all off, a very unfriendly staff.
Is this the standard Paul chain on the highways!!! 😏
He won't see us again...

Personale carino e attento… la cosa più bella è che puoi mangiare sul posto e non c’è nessuno che ti aspetta per pulire il tavolo ,( finire di mangiare in fretta per far entrare altre persone) cosa che a Parigi ho trovato in quasi tutti i locali 😡Comunque Paul per me merita tanto.. passate a trovarli

26/09/2024: Poor customer-oriented attitude. Something unexpected in a dish based on its title? The boss explains to you that it's like that and not otherwise, no suggestion of an alternative, you're the one at fault, all with a look that doesn't encourage discussion... my neighbor told me spontaneously: “he was very rude!”
Indeed... no problem, I'll go elsewhere for lunch. Too bad, the rest of the servers who took care of us were quite friendly and quite efficient.

15/11/2024: We thought we could sit down and eat or drink something for breakfast, but it was a total disappointment. We managed to buy something from the lady with whom we couldn't get along. They put tables in front of the shop, but it was forbidden to sit there and eat anything, what a funny situation. The rude man in the next shop picked us up. We went to the next shop to get coffee. We decided to take it and sit there, but then again, it is forbidden to eat anything. The baguette I bought was a total flop and couldn't even be bitten. I was very sad and threw it away.

04/09/2024: I enjoyed one of the best meals I had during our month in Europe at Le Saotico in Paris. The sea bream fish was amazing and my husband’s warm oysters and duck confit were delicious as well. Three glasses of wine, two appetizers and two main courses totalled less than one hundred euros. Would highly recommend.
02/08/2024: Lovely spot for a night out. We came across this stunning restaurant by chance. The female manager was attentive accommodating and informative. Service was excellent and food was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and at no point did we feel rushed. It’s a mixed menu with something for everyone, I had the steak and my husband had lamb, both were fantastic. We are just disappointed that we only came across it just before we went home. This restaurant is well worth a visit and we just want to thank you for a wonderful evening.

27/07/2024: Je suis une cliente du quartier, régulière et depuis longue date. je déplore le manque d’amabilité du personnel, pas souriant du tou et incapable de reconnaître les clients du quartier. Ce n’est pas leur problème. Et les prix ont encore augmenté récemment. Je cherche une autre boulangerie dans le quartier offrant même qualité de pain et accueil chaleureux.
13/07/2024: I place an order for a very large delivery the day before for the next day on Deliveroo, since this bakery accepts orders for Saturday:
I call when the time comes (when the order should have already been delivered) to understand why the order is still not validated, and the idiot on the phone tells me that in fact on weekends they prefer to turn off their Deliveroo tablet and not accepting orders.
Amazing — change your profile to not accept orders and waste time in this case!
