04/06/2026: A tale of two visits. Dinner the night before was great, with good service and food. Lunch the next day was terrible. Food was below average and the waiter war horrendous, serving three (French) tables that sat down after we had ordered. Couldn't be more disrespectful. Consider somewhere else if you aren't a local. A real shame.

And although very French and without vegetarian main courses on the menu, no one even turned up their nose when we asked if it was possible to eat vegetarian. They thought creatively about vegetarian menu options. We found that very sincere and likeable. There was an incredibly attentive hostess. Furthermore, the duck was unfortunately, literally and figuratively, medium. The cheese board was good and very generous, and our son enjoyed the dessert with meringue, strawberry ice cream, and peach. A real crowd-pleaser. Just like the owner of the restaurant. Although I did detect a hint of cynicism in him, or so I thought. Anyway, we found it quite characteristic. This restaurant felt like a time capsule; it was as if time had stood still there. It captured the imagination: in some ways it was fantastic, and yet in others, it wasn't. It wasn't a 5-star review; it was much more than that. It was real. It was pure. It wasn't a slick and polished experience; on the contrary. It was how life should be. Full of character. Where do you find that anymore? We therefore wish these people all the best. We enjoyed ourselves and it was a wonderful experience. Tip for the owners: Regarding the main course, it was a little meager for the vegetarians among us. In our opinion, a vegetarian starter plus a side dish for the main course would be a wonderful and complete option for a vegetarian main course. Thank you very much for the good service and hopefully see you again!

13/05/2026: A truly unique experience! Incredible welcome. The menu features traditional French dishes. I tried the pâté en croûte and the steak au poivre, and I highly recommend them. For those with a sweet tooth, the rum baba is enormous yet light and airy. Wide selection of wines. The service is efficient and relaxed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting; it's more than just a restaurant, it's a place to live and connect. A huge thank you to Mike for his hospitality. I'll be back!

23/03/2026: Excellent location and service. Simple, good food with generous portions. Perfect for a French lunch on Monday; there are few other traditional places of the same standard in the area.

17/04/2026: I made a reservation and visited from Korea. I was grateful that the owner and staff were so kind and explained the truffles so well. We like truffles and risotto, but we have very rare Korean palates and eat Korean food frequently. We ordered the Truffle Foie Gras as a starter, and it was my first time trying foie gras. It had a truffle aroma and felt a bit like ice cream, and it was delicious when eaten on bread. I had absolutely no aversion to it, and I highly recommend it. I recommend the risotto over the gnocchi. I felt so full from the salami and bread served at the beginning, and the Truffle Foie Gras and bread starter, that I feel like I couldn't properly enjoy the risotto and gnocchi. Please note that the portions for both the risotto and gnocchi are quite large.

16/04/2026: Delicious cuisine and, above all, warm and impeccable service. The wines and truffles selected by the restaurant owners are prominently featured on the menu, giving it a very personal touch. The owners' passion shines through in both the service and the food! You won't be disappointed by the fresh, local produce served in a welcoming atmosphere.

23/05/2026: The service was adequate. The menu looked tempting. I ordered a house specialty: Kebabê Mâst. Kurdish cuisine is generally generous AND flavorful, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I must not have made a good choice; the meatballs were bland and lacked seasoning... and were served in a tiny portion.

04/05/2026: Perfect for a business lunch, with plenty of space between tables, which is a real plus in Paris. The quality-price ratio is above average for the area. I recommend the Tiramisu ;)

29/04/2026: We came as a family for lunch today, a well-deserved break in the middle of our city break. And we weren't disappointed! Excellent homemade burger, perfectly cooked meat, a very fresh steak tartare, and a generous salad! The staff is very friendly.
