25/07/2023: The selling price indicated by the restaurateur turned out to be very different from the price announced for purchase. The restaurateur told us (in accordance with what was displayed) a price of 9 euros for a breakfast formula, and finally made us pay almost 30 euros for 2 formulas, telling us that "the prices had changed between the time we placed order and payment time”, so in just 30 minutes. It is unacceptable. A scam. I really don't recommend.

31/03/2024: Baguette bread with cheese, nothing more. They ask you if you want it hot and they heat it in the microwave. Terrible. The coffee with milk is from these automatic machines. And speaking of the staff, serious and without saying a word. We went to have breakfast there because it was so rarely open at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday when we had to go to the airport.

10/10/2023: A long-established select shop in Paris. The selection was great and the layout was very stylish. The clerk was also very nice, and this is one of the shops you should visit when you come to Paris.

30/03/2024: These restaurants are located in key places in the city. Specials change often. The service is friendly and quite fast even during peak hours. Regarding the food, they have vegan and vegetarian options, but the flavors are often not well combined. It feels like a number of ingredients completely thrown into the container. The portions are small for the price paid. Good centrifuges.
21/03/2024: Staff is so nice and friendly. And I'm obsessed with the blue moon chia pudding! Lot's of vegan options as well.

I have the impression that the quality of the store has dropped drastically in mid-2022. It's a shame.
The teams are friendly and the prices are average for the neighborhood.
23/12/2023: Compose is a restaurant where we find mixed salads or that we can create as we wish.
A fairly common concept in the sector, but here we do not feel rushed, subject to the rhythm of the number of customers during busy times.
There are a certain number of ingredients available which allows everyone to find what they want. Both seem fresh and of good quality. It is also possible to choose bowls
However, what I would criticize is the quantity which is quite poor. I chose a large format and yet the bowl was not full more than that.
In any case, it is a good restaurant which welcomes a large number of regular customers every day.

03/04/2024: Unacceptable. We sat with my wife and son (9 years old) for a drink. Eventhough my wife and my self ordered our drinks, they told that all us have to order a drink.

03/04/2024: A shame ! The room which is intended to be a dining room is filthy, nothing is clean!!! The benches with stains, the dirty windows! The tables, the floor...as the hygiene service lets it happen????? I relayed the message to the waitress downstairs pretending to be surprised.
Where is the manager of this store???!

16/11/2023: Neighborhood bistro with a super friendly team! An address to keep
25/09/2023: Below average food and excellent service, please see food pictures. We ordered salads, 18 Euro for two bowls and had little timy baby shrimps. The third dish we ordered is a steak dinner. The steak dinner for 22 Euro came very chewy and not eatable, i asked the server to return the steak to the chef to try it. Their chef said the meat was from a stressed cow and this is why the steak was not good. The server replaced the steak with another, ohhh my God, please see thr second steak order picture, i asked for a medium well steak and the steak came to me rear or medium rear, still uneatable, it was all bloodied meat as if we are vampires to eat blooded meat. What can i say, the service was awesome but other than that, it was medium or below average food and atmosphere. There was no room at the top so we were seated at the basement right next to the restroom where you can here the music of every toilet flush. Please i beg whoever read this review to view the pictures of the steak dinner i ordered. The awesome sever offered us a free tea and free desert to compensate the Chef terrible job but we declined, paid the bill and left. Thank you for an awesome service.
