The flank steak with shallots was excellent. And what can I say about the vol-au-vent...? Excellent, homemade cuisine.

Everything is homemade, and for once, that's rare enough to be worth mentioning: homemade Béarnaise sauce served hot, as are the Roquefort and peppercorn sauces—a real treat.
The meat is always perfectly cooked, with excellent flavor. The homemade fries are delicious, accompanied by salad and little condiments that make all the difference.
And what can I say about the staff? Incredibly kind, smiling, and welcoming. Nothing but positive points: it's impossible to find a single fault with this brasserie in the city center!

23/02/2026: The parking is good but there is one problem. From 02/20/2026 to the night of 02/21/2026 they climbed into the cabin and copied all the cards I had. Be careful and take the cards with you.

01/07/2024: Pas top pas trop choix service long pas de sauce au choix avec le plat .a choisir je préfère la brasserie du centre pour sa carte et son accueille
13/05/2024: Super prestation très bon accueil service impeccable timing parfait.nous avons très bien mangé de l entrée au dessert et les plats étaient servis bien chaud. Bravo à l ensemble de l équipe étant du métier ça fait plaisir de passer un tel moment.
