02/02/2026: Today we went to eat at the restaurant L'Évidence in Noeux-les-Mines. Simply excellent!!!! The owner was incredibly attentive. The cuisine was refined and delicious. A truly wonderful experience. The best restaurant in the area, without a doubt. Highly recommended!!

30/01/2026: A true gem! An exceptional discovery from start to finish. Delicious, high-quality dishes, beautifully presented and incredibly generous. Every plate is enticing from the moment you sit down! The restaurant is warm and inviting, spotlessly clean, and the service is simply perfect. The staff is incredibly attentive, always smiling and caring. A must-try that I recommend 1000%!

21/11/2025: It's always a pleasure to meet the entire team at this restaurant. The cuisine is tasty, refined, and varied. You can go there with your eyes closed but your mouth wide open!

05/01/2026: We ate at this restaurant after consulting the famous Michelin guide. And we must say we didn't regret our choice, as we had a very good meal. The dining rooms are pleasant and beautifully decorated; we appreciated the preserved charm of the old building. The service was cordial, though perhaps a little reserved on that particular day. We will, however, gladly return.

02/11/2025: I already loved Loïc's cooking (and his humor) at Vasco. I know. It was a while ago. This is a very well-run establishment. There's a good selection on the menu, which is very nice. I saw a negative review about the profiteroles. I, for one, really enjoyed them. In short, I'd happily go to this restaurant more often! My daughter loved the perfectly cooked beef fillet. My son-in-law was delighted with his sweetbreads. The oysters were delicious. And finding sole on the menu of a restaurant outside the coast is rare. A great memory for the four of us. Thank you.
