04/05/2024: Reception between the doors, on the verge of refusing us because we had 3 children, and it was necessary to warn the children, no card. more Entry at 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday, offers us fruit juices for the children, in the end they are expired so we fall back on a syrup.
Not really clean... both the room and the waitress.
A menu price without entry to the customer's face, the same for the children's menu which in the end did not exist. Terribly simple food but not bad. The only point not to be noted.
And the little kick in the dog's bowl when leaving, impeccable...
Anyway goodbye.
15/02/2024: Very warm welcome but no fresh produce, very small quantities, very expensive price for a truly disastrous meal.... We paid €80 so as you told us €4 for our son's vegetable plate! ! We just told you that the appetizer was very good, then you couldn't have asked for anything better!
The scallops were a frozen dish and very cold, the fries were frozen, the vegetables were boiled and bland, the sweets were not homemade except for the chocolate mousse and perhaps the blueberry tart.

29/02/2024: We have been coming to the Ambert region for several years and had dinner at Au Beurre de Thym at the end of our stay.
Since covid, this establishment no longer offers on-site catering but takeaway. Don't hesitate to go there, the price is reasonable, it's very good and in good quantity. In addition they take the restaurant ticket card.
