04/05/2026: Upon entering, you immediately feel at ease thanks to the warm welcome, and what follows is a series of details that make you realize everything is done to please you: warm bread, a carefully prepared homemade vinaigrette, unlimited ham and salad, a complimentary Calvados at the end—and on top of that, it's delicious and reassuring. She loved it... but especially the meal at your place... It was a mixture of refinement, creativity and tenderness. The love of taste... and the taste of others. I will never forget the strawberry tagada reinterpreted by you and your team. Everything was bold, delicious, especially the 1000 tomatoes on a plate, but there was the particularly moving wink. Thank you! I hope you will read this message and your team too. I know you will close. But something else will be born and I reserve my table...
