08/07/2025: [I gave "Atmosphere" 3 stars because I don't really understand what that criterion is...] Four people at lunchtime (reservation) The welcome was friendly, the waitress and the owner were cheerful. We ate in the back courtyard, a pleasant spot that overlooked the square. It was very quiet and shaded thanks to the umbrellas. We ate à la carte, with starter, main course, and dessert, and it was unanimously appreciated; everything was perfect. The beef carpaccio was simply excellent, and it should be noted that the sauce served with it complemented it deliciously without, as is too often the case, masking the flavors of the food. The mixed salads were also appreciated, as the sauce was a subtle accompaniment without overpowering the food. The dishes were also appreciated for their aromatic and subtly seasoned taste. The trout steak has an unusual topping, a delight. The lamb was also a hit, and the beef steak was cooked as desired. The desserts also made us smile :) An important thing for me was that the quantities were just right. Regarding the price, I've read in some reviews that it's high. If you pay €12 for a bland 100g steak with defrosted, barely cooked fries, you won't have paid much, certainly, but you'll have been ripped off. :). It's the value for money that should be considered, not the amount alone, and in that case, it's fair to say it's reasonable. The chef delighted us.

29/10/2025: Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google... For us, Cyrano has always been a very good experience! The owner and waitress are always pleasant and welcoming, and we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and plentiful. Regarding the prices, yes, it's perhaps a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's also normal: we're lucky to have a truly quality little restaurant right in the center of Billom, with fresh produce and friendly service—and that comes at a price. In short: a warm place, where you eat well and are always well received. I recommend it without hesitation!
18/10/2025: How to put it: Auvergne cured ham, it was indeed purchased in Auvergne in a supermarket. Piece of beef, meh, the fries 🍟 🍟 🍟 frozen. Knife marked with the action needle, impossible to cut the meat, which is a shame because THIERS isn't very far. Very dry cheese (Saint Nectaire and blue), Dessert, blueberry tart from the supermarket. At 27.50 the menu, it's clearly a steal. 4 customers in all... all on a Saturday lunchtime. You need to think about rethinking yourself. Really disappointed. No card payments, only check and cash
