16/01/2026: A superb discovery! A charming place with excellent, hearty, and generous portions! There's something for everyone, and the quality-price ratio is fantastic. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the waitress was amazing! With service like this, all we can say is: See you soon! I highly recommend it!

20/10/2025: Beautiful place, nice decor, warm welcome, the lady who served us despite being the only one serving remained friendly, very professional, the oysters were salty, fresh, nothing to say, the soups were great, the shrimps the same, the fried foods had flavor, there are just three jobs that weren't fresh (be careful in the evening) but since they serve you 8 instead of the six planned!! I appreciated everything, well done we will come back with great pleasure to taste the rest of the menu.

19/06/2025: Great restaurant, discovered after Covid (maple syrup rib of beef) a restaurant I go to at least 5 to 6 times a year
08/06/2025: I first came here two years ago, shortly after they opened, and since then it has become my favorite restaurant in Anglet and the surrounding area when I go there! We always enjoy ourselves there, the atmosphere is good, the wine is good, and the service is perfect. I highly recommend it!!

01/11/2025: We had a wonderful meal. All the staff were very friendly, we were served quickly even though the restaurant was full, and the food was excellent. Delicious and with a local atmosphere.

25/01/2026: We enjoyed our weekend at this warm, cozy, and tastefully renovated hotel. The setting is peaceful and offers a real change of scenery.
The breakfast is delicious, featuring high-quality, homemade products.
Areas for improvement: the pool water temperature (a bit chilly) and the parking lot needs improvement (many spaces are reserved for golfers and there's a lack of lighting).
We'll gladly return! 😉

23/08/2025: Delicious! A very first time at Salé Sucré. A little far from my home, but worth the trip. The braised endives are succulent, even ideal, the pan-fried mushrooms and the Spanish hake were a real treat. Nothing like the "deli" dishes from supermarkets that I haven't indulged in for a long time. A very pleasant welcome, worth mentioning. Thank you!

13/09/2024: Don't be fooled by the name: it is not just a café, but also a restaurant where you eat very well. We tried the chipirrons a la plancha and they were excellent: tender, tasty and in quantity. The homemade desserts were another pleasant discovery. The courtesy of the owner, always smiling, is another reason to stop here. Absolutely recommended.

20/11/2025: I'm giving one star for the staff's smiles.
To begin with, there was no heating; we were told it would warm up with the crowds.
No Beaujolais Nouveau was offered on its release day.
There was no choice of menu; it was a set menu for workers, even though the website makes no mention of this and there's a nice menu with good ingredients.
We managed to get the duck breast with honey sauce listed on the menu, but it didn't have the sauce. According to them, we should have specified when ordering that we wanted it.
Apparently, according to the owner, this restaurant will close and reopen in January. It's best to wait for the reopening before going.
19/10/2025: A really pleasant time spent, both in terms of the setting, the welcome and the dishes, TOP quality/price. The staff was super friendly and also gave my little dog an exceptional welcome. Being from the region, I don't know it, and well, I'm sure I'll come back. Thank you very much.

30/11/2024: Other than the good location, that's about all I liked about it.
The room seems good but:
- it is poorly soundproofed;
- the light comes through the door (and when the sun rises in the east...);
- the shower hose is too short so I couldn't put water on my hair (I'm 1m85);
- room service (cleaning, making the bed, etc.) is optional. Supposedly for ecological reasons: how is not remaking a bed ecological??? (I understand about bath towels, as is often done now and that's normal);
- there are electrical terminals to charge your car (advertised argument which made us choose this hotel) but it does not work... and the employees, surprised, did not even look for a solution;
- we are offered a commercial gesture: -20% for our next stay... well thank you but no thank you. Don't want to come back at all!
