06/03/2026: Despite some construction work in the area, there was little disruption. Beautiful setting on a human scale. Very friendly staff, we'll be back. One area for improvement: the parking lot.

01/03/2026: An exceptional five-day stay in a perfectly located and tastefully renovated hotel. Access to the pool was much appreciated. Special mention to Eva for her warm welcome and professionalism. We will gladly return.

25/02/2026: Excellent, very generous portions, perfectly cooked. While traveling for work in the Basque Country, we were lucky enough to enjoy the lovely sunny terrace. Thank you to the staff for welcoming us despite our late arrival. We will be back; your establishment is now one of our favorites! 👍

15/02/2026: Everything was perfect, from the phone reservation a month ago to our arrival last night! The team was warm, radiant, and genuine; we felt right at home! The food was excellent! Well done!

20/10/2025: Beautiful place, nice decor, warm welcome, the lady who served us despite being the only one serving remained friendly, very professional, the oysters were salty, fresh, nothing to say, the soups were great, the shrimps the same, the fried foods had flavor, there are just three jobs that weren't fresh (be careful in the evening) but since they serve you 8 instead of the six planned!! I appreciated everything, well done we will come back with great pleasure to taste the rest of the menu.

04/02/2026: What a delightful surprise to have Italy come to the Basque Country! The small shop selling fresh Italian products tempts our taste buds before we even sit down to eat. The lunch menu—starter, main course, dessert—is entirely made on-site with fresh ingredients and a little gem. You can go there without hesitation, although it's best to keep your eyes open to easily find your table.

16/03/2026: Excellent restaurant. The food is delicious and well-prepared. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and the service is pleasant. A great place to eat.

15/03/2026: Disappointment from the moment we arrived. The restaurant is nothing like the attractive photos on the website. The walls are drab and yellow, the comfort is spartan, and the dining room is cramped and noisy. One table was practically touching the kitchen wall. The initial friendly welcome quickly turned stressful when it came time to order! There's only one menu, with set menus at €28 or €32! Where are the other options mentioned on the website? The dishes at €19 or €22? You have to order quickly! You have 25 seconds to think, and no room for error or overthinking, or you'll be told, "Hurry up! It's busy!" Indeed, there's only one waitress for the entire restaurant! She's running around everywhere, forgetting the bread, and skipping dessert! In short... The food! While tasty and well-prepared, the portions are small! And the value for money is far from what you'd expect! We left with the feeling that we'd paid for a setting and service that fell far short of expectations! Overall: a moment that should have been good with the family was ruined by a very poor setting and service.

13/01/2026: This weekend we booked for eight people. We received a very warm welcome. The setting is lovely. The food is excellent.

09/10/2025: We spent the night of October 8, 2025, at the Benat Hotel in Anglet. A wonderful welcome from the owner, who waited for us even though it was supposed to be closing. The room is small but spotlessly clean, with a small but adequate bathroom, a TV, and a super comfortable bed. The toilet is on the landing, except for a small downside, but for one night, it's not a big deal. A nice and pleasant breakfast. What can I say? A pleasant break in a beautiful location with a super friendly and pleasant owner. Géraldine and Fred from Fleurance, Gers.

11/11/2025: First time there with a friend, and I wasn't disappointed by the quality of the service or the food. I thoroughly enjoyed a delicious duck confit served with fries and a green salad. I highly recommend going.

20/02/2026: Recently renovated rooms. Very clean. A bit noisy (next to the airport) but very well located (next to the airport…), close to the Iraty market hall and the train station. Comfortable and very reasonably priced. A good place to stay in Biarritz.

31/01/2026: Good hotel, excellent service from reception and housekeeping. I travel for work and it's very convenient to be less than 5 minutes from the airport. The only downside is the noise of the planes taking off and landing, which can be bothersome for light sleepers, but that's normal given the hotel's location. The staff is always available to help and very friendly, and the breakfasts are plentiful. Special thanks to Louis for his professional, friendly, and helpful service to all guests.
