All the staff were very friendly and efficient, and they provided us with all the necessary information and advice regarding transportation. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, the bedding was perfect, and there was ample storage. A very pleasant experience; well done to the entire Campanile team! 👏
25/04/2026: A very well-located hotel if you're staying in western Lyon.
The rooms are really comfortable and were recently renovated. The restaurant is also a good option if you're looking for somewhere to eat. The staff is welcoming and attentive, with a special mention for the warm welcome at the restaurant in the evening 😊😉.

Jolie déco, personnel adorable, prix abordables.
Mais carte restreinte, avec des plats faciles et passe partout, sans originalité, personnalité. On n'est pas ici pour ça. On vient par hasard, car la cuisine ne donne pas envie d'y retourner, mais attention, ce n'est pas mauvais. Non, juste sans intérêt.

24/09/2024: Opening of the brasserie at 8am, the impression of annoying the waitress, the chairs on the terrace still damp not even a wipe. Taking orders at the door and serving a cup of coffee on the table.
In this profession you have to have a certain know-how or else change profession.
And being a catering professional, I can't imagine this kind of welcome.
