The service was pleasant and friendly; we had a lovely time and all the dishes were delicious, both the meat and the fish. 08/06/2026: A wonderful discovery at the restaurant of the Grand Hôtel de Solesmes. The setting is superb, calm and bright, with a lovely view overlooking the garden.
The food is simply perfect! Seasonal produce, expertly cooked.
The staff is incredibly attentive, professional yet warm. Excellent value for money for an exceptional experience. An address to treasure.
