25/05/2026: We highly recommend going there. There are only two of them, and the menu is limited, but that's to ensure quality. Everything was extremely good, original, and high-quality. We had a delightful culinary experience.

08/06/2026: A wonderful discovery at the restaurant of the Grand Hôtel de Solesmes. The setting is superb, calm and bright, with a lovely view overlooking the garden.
The food is simply perfect! Seasonal produce, expertly cooked.
The staff is incredibly attentive, professional yet warm. Excellent value for money for an exceptional experience. An address to treasure.
