21/06/2025: We left very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, not because of the food or the atmosphere, which were truly excellent, but because of the bill management.
We ordered two €39 menus, one of which included a €2 supplement for a prime rib. We added two kirs at €5 each and a glass of wine at €7. This brought our total to €97. However, we were billed €128.
On leaving, we found this surprising, did the math, and decided to come back and ask for an explanation. The person in charge checked very quickly, without really listening to our comments, and ultimately only refunded us €14, without any clear justification or goodwill gesture.
We found this a real shame, because the meal was good, but the unprofessional attitude and lack of transparency on the bill completely spoiled the experience. Paying far more than you should, without any real explanation or consideration, is unacceptable.

09/12/2025: I simply introduced myself to wash my hands, something a very friendly gentleman allowed me to do, and upon leaving I was practically chased away like an insect when a "woman," or at least someone who looked like one, asked me, "WHO ARE YOU???" as if I were about to rob her bar. A very strange and disrespectful welcome, but I have a pretty good idea why I was greeted that way... ^^

Each dish delights the eyes with its exquisite presentation and enchants all the senses with its succulence.
The portions are generous.
The decor is magnificent; the dining room is very spacious and truly bright.

03/12/2025: Fantastic experience in Albertville! The value for money is excellent. The team is young, dynamic, and very welcoming. The decor is beautiful, and the spaces are truly lovely: coworking, swimming pools, sauna, gym… everything is designed for a great stay!
The on-site restaurant is superb, with attentive staff. Ideal for working during the day and relaxing in the evening. I highly recommend it!

08/12/2024: Very disappointed! the hot hot food is simply not good, a very pronounced nutty aftertaste, the pancakes were good but nothing extraordinary, the welcome....: the 2 people in the kitchen are unpleasant and unfriendly. Only the newly recruited waitress was very pleasant! And the salty note!!
I won't go back!

03/12/2025: Avoid this hotel at all costs! From the moment you enter, there's a musty smell, and the smell still lingers in the room. It's noisy and completely unprofessional. And let's not even talk about the breakfast: €12.50 for tiny, undercooked croissants and pain au chocolat, and a slice or two of charcuterie with Gruyère cheese that was definitely stale because it was dry. We had paid for two nights, but despite their refusal to refund one, we decided to leave rather than spend another night in a room where even the hairdryer cord was covered in dust. So, unfortunately, there's no effort whatsoever to improve the condition of the place so that other guests can leave positive reviews.

Restaurant bien situé au coeur de la station.
Excellente raclette, salade et pommes de terre a volonté cependant aurait mérité plus de charcuterie.
Le fromage est excellent.
L'appareil à raclette est vétuste et outre un réglage nécessiterait un changement radical.
Peu de place sur la table. Il ne faut pas hésiter à demander une desserte pour poser l'appareil.

Un repas de qualité, une équipe très professionnelle et très attentive !
