16/07/2026: I am a regular customer of this restaurant, and the reason I return so often is because I greatly appreciate the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the overall experience. It is precisely because I love this establishment that I am taking the time to leave this review.
However, there is one point that, in my opinion, truly tarnishes the restaurant's image: a waitress in her sixties, who will undoubtedly recognize herself. Her attitude is particularly unpleasant on each of my visits. Not a smile, no warmth, a constant nonchalance, the very clear impression that she has no desire to be there or to serve the customers. You almost feel like you are bothering her by asking for something.
This is all the more unfortunate because the rest of the staff is pleasant and the food more than lives up to its reputation. This person is, unfortunately, the only thing that taints the image of this establishment.
I'm convinced that anyone discovering this restaurant for the first time will immediately recognize who I'm talking about. It's so striking that it ends up leaving a bad impression, despite all the establishment's qualities.

10/06/2026: After a 3-day seminar, the only positive point was the bedding; otherwise, for 170 euros plus meals,
it was a disaster. The breakfast buffet was the poorest in France, and the chicken and fish meals were always the same. Apart from the welcome by a charming lady, it's unacceptable to charge such an amount. Furthermore, the arrival was chaotic, with a manager who, I think, dismissed a new employee while yelling at him. There was no housekeeping during our stay, and no towels were provided.
10/06/2026: The hotel is definitely convenient because it's very close to Disneyland Paris, whether you're driving or walking: a 10-minute walk takes you to the Bussy Saint George station, and two stops on the RER A takes you to the park entrances.
That said, I wasn't thrilled with the hotel, which was undergoing renovations, and as a result, everything was poorly organized: it wasn't clear where the reception was, and we even had trouble getting to the rooms and elevators.
The rooms were aesthetically pleasing, but for me, there were two major downsides: the light in the room at night was as bright as day, probably due to the streetlights outside, but mostly because the curtains didn't cover the window properly, so I couldn't sleep; another problem was that there was only one towel per person: no hand towel, and no extra small one, which is essential on some occasions.
The breakfast was plentiful, but nothing special.
Overall, a good place to stay, but with some aspects that could definitely be improved. I hope that these little things will improve as the work is completed. The quality-price ratio is still good.

20/07/2026: It's a disgrace to run an establishment like this! What's more, we're sure the cashier knew they were spoiled, yet she gave them to us anyway. You should be ashamed because things like this are very serious. We almost let a child taste your meringues, etc. You're really not happy with what you're doing! Never again!
We went on July 19th, and they were 7 days past their expiration date—a disgrace!
17/07/2026: I should have checked the latest reviews before coming!
I ordered a pan bagnat and a chocolate éclair for €9.90!!!! Seriously, that's incredibly expensive, and the quality just wasn't there! A little tuna, one egg, and two slices of tomato (it's a shame you can't take a picture).
The waitresses were rushed and not particularly friendly. I arrived from the train station with two bags and my suitcase on my side. After paying and collecting my order, I asked for a bag... it was 20 cents... (without a smile and in a friendly tone). I should have just handed over my credit card for 20 cents! I'm disappointed and I won't be back!

27/08/2024: The Mercure Hotel was in the center of Bussy St George. Restaurants and shops and a bakery were opposite the hotel. Metro station is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Train connection is perfect for visiting Disneyland and Paris. As far as visiting the hotel is concerned: We were thrilled and satisfied with the cleanliness, it meets the 4 star hotel criteria. Parking in the hotel's own free underground car park is absolutely perfect because you park in a closed space and you don't have to worry about your car. Thanks to the team!! Next time we visit Paris we would like to book the Mercure Hotel again.

09/07/2024: Avis mitigé… en effet le tarif du brunch n’est plus de 35 euros mais 39 euros, le buffet est certe sympathique et varié mais vous n’aurez le droit qu’à une micro tasse de chocolat ou cappuccino sinon c’est café en carafe ou en supplément … idem pour les œufs qui ne sont pas à volonté mais sur commande et une seule fois, sinon en supplément ! Mes œufs brouillés étaient bons mais l’assiette était vraiment vraiment petite … les œufs c’est pourtant pas le plus chère mais bien la base d’un brunch donc très déçu surtout à 40euros par personnes ….! Concernant les jus vous aurez le choix entre un jus d’orange ou un jus de pomme venant d’une brique (donc pas extra) ou un thé glacé. Les crêpes et pancakes sont bons mais froids. Ce n’est pas indiqué ce qu’il y a sur le buffet (une crème on ne sait pas à quoi, des plats salés dont on ne sait pas ce qu’il y a dedans ..dommage du coup je n’ai pas pris le risque de goûter pour ne pas gaspiller)
Par contre gros point positif le personnel était adorable et très réactifs ! Merci à eux. Pour conclure je dirais que si on omet le tarif c’étais sympa mais malheureusement je n’y retournerai pas car pour moi ça ne vaut pas les 40 euros. Certains bons hôtels font payer le petit dej buffet autour d’une vingtaine d’euros et on peut y trouver les mêmes produits …

Une équipe très motivée et professionnelle , courtoise, un cadre de soirée dépaysant et surtout des repas équilibrés et tellement bons Waou . Une barmaid qui donne tout son savoir-faire dans ces cocktails . Une alchimie réussie pour passer une très belle soirée.

Accueil agréable, les plats sont bien servis (portion généreuse) et très bons.
Nous y reviendrons la prochaine fois que nous serons dans le coin.
