27/03/2024: Catastrophic: no customer reception, waiting to collect your keys at 8:30 p.m., dinner on site (30 minutes to have your aperitif with a colleague who tells you she's there when she's not), an empty buffet, bad bedding and the cherry on top the cake: barely lukewarm shower water! Several customers at reception complained about these last points. Big difference between morning (correct) and evening (none) organization

17/03/2024: It was our second stay at this hotel and after the terrible Premiere Classe Hotel next door which we have experienced in the past, we were pleasantly surprised on our first visit. But this time it was anything but bearable. The room was dirty, starting with the carpet which had large indefinable stains. According to the female receptionist, this seems to be the norm in most of the rooms. For us, this is just disgusting and unacceptable. There is mold in the shower and that is a serious health hazard. We complained and were given a new room; according to the staff, this should be one of the newer ones. This had a large stain of dried blood right outside the bathroom. Frustrated by the whole situation, we initially ignored it and wanted to spend the night there. Unfortunately, there was an English school class there during our stay that ran through the halls all evening until 4 a.m., knocking on all the doors and slamming the doors, meaning we didn't have a quiet moment to sleep. We were actually planning on spending the weekend here, but after the first night we decided to change hotels and not sleep there anymore. I only give the hotel two stars because we were reimbursed for the remaining night and so we weren't left with the entire cost. We will definitely never sleep here again!

05/04/2024: Purchase of 2 completely stale traditional baguettes. At €1.30 the baguette will be the first and last time for me.
