Everything is in place for a wonderful time!
02/12/2025: I'm usually never disappointed by this restaurant and its exceptional setting.
Unfortunately, the meal I had wasn't worth the price. The foie gras (€21) wasn't even served with toast; we had to eat it with the table bread. The beef was excellent, but the price (€42) wasn't justified with just fries and green beans. And as for the dessert, the panna cotta was far too gelatinous; it seemed more like a dense flan.
This is just my opinion; I never thought I'd be writing this about this restaurant because I've never been disappointed before!
Aside from that, the staff is very helpful, and the portions are generous.

15/08/2024: Second time in this establishment and still delighted. The dishes are generous and very good. The service is impeccable and the staff are very friendly (special mention for Michel)

20/12/2024: The rooms are large and well appointed. The hotel is quiet and very clean. For breakfast you will have to overcome the obstacle of the lady at reception who acts as a Pittbull. Even if you pay for breakfast in advance at reception the day before, you won't pass without having to prove your good faith. It's rather unpleasant in the morning at 6:30 a.m. to have to justify ourselves as if we were thieves. This happened the last 2 times. So I hesitate to return to this hotel, although it is very comfortable.

Quiet and pleasant spa, quality room and very good restaurant.
