05/07/2024: The blonde lady is very unpleasant and is also not able to provide information on the products she serves and therefore sells. In addition, high prices for poor quality service. Being placed next to the cathedral and beautiful monuments is deplorable. I don't recommend this place at all, the food isn't great and we came out hungry.😡😡😡😡

03/07/2024: Family meal Saturday lunchtime. Despite our fears following the mostly negative reviews, we were very well received, the service and the meal were excellent. Thierry the server was very attentive to our requests and was very professional.

18/05/2024: How can anyone dare to suggest such a place? The ad seemed correct, but the surprise was most unpleasant: cold welcome, no kitchen, no fridge, no hob, no kettle, only one water point in the toilet, a moldy sofa bed , dirty, dusty and without sheets even though we had reserved for 4. Bare electrical wires without protection such as the meter, unconnected electrical outlets, furniture filled with construction equipment. The bathroom !!!! Blocked bathtub, peeling paint, missing plates on the ceiling, no mirror, toilet poorly positioned in front of the radiator with no space for the knees, warped door impossible to close... The front door with a broken pane and no key ...And I forget some. Conclusion: Flee this place. To the owner: REMOVE THE ADVERTISEMENT AND COMPLETE THE WORK.

11/08/2024: I am extremely surprised by all the negative reviews because I went there last week and the welcome was very pleasant from start to finish. Our pancakes were well filled (3 cheeses) the only downside, the sweet pancake was just right. cooked. If I return to the region, I will come back with pleasure.

20/08/2024: Variable cuisine, decent service, too expensive for what it is, and there is no point in having half-board with Pierre et Vacances, the prices are the same at the restaurant directly and do not include drinks. Very small all-you-can-eat buffet, but some dishes are still very good and well prepared. For little ones who can be picky eaters, it’s a shame there isn’t always pasta.

17/09/2024: I would like to share my disappointing experience with this campsite. On September 1st, I booked a place for a stay with my friends, and I made the payment online because the place seemed available. However, shortly after, I received an email telling me that there was no room left and that I would not be charged. Unfortunately, on September 5, I was still charged the full amount. Since then, I have been waiting for a refund which I still have not received, and it has now been more than 15 days. I have called reception several times, and each time I am told that my request is being forwarded to accounting, but nothing changes. I find this situation unacceptable. Not only was I unable to stay at the campsite, but I also had to fight to get my money back. Customer service lacks responsiveness and professionalism. I strongly advise against this campsite if you are looking for an establishment that is reliable and respectful of its customers.

25/08/2024: Un service trèeeees long et le restaurant n'est pas complet. Tous nos voisins de table sont arrivés après nous et ont été servis avant nous. Arrivés à 12h, on en sortira à presque 15h. Les plats sont bons. C'est le service trop long qui est à déplorer. Nous avons eu nos cafés avant nos desserts, prétexte que le bar est plus rapide à servir que la cuisine.

28/06/2024: A very good stop to rest and eat. There isn't much variety on the menu, but the options were varied. It has vegetarian options and delicious burgers. We were on the way to Paris and the stop was very good, we ate chicken, nuggets, hamburger and fries, all very good and low in salt. The prices were good. The place and bathrooms are clean. 16/09/2024: A catastrophic experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, you are greeted by staff with crude vocabulary and an outfit that absolutely does not make you want to stay. The lack of respect towards customers is blatant, we even wonder if they understand that they are there to offer a service. In the middle of the terrace, a mind-blowing scene: an altercation which degenerates into a fake fight, before the astonished eyes of the customers. The only glimmer of hope in this establishment? Lucas (if I understood his name correctly), the only one to offer decent service and to try to make up for this wreck. Courage to him, he deserves much better than this toxic environment. In short, to avoid absolutely!

Salmon carpaccio, lamb chops, fried mussels, chocolate fondant and freshness cut Menu at 36 euros per person Plus the bottle of cider reserves... Coming back...

07/06/2024: The place is not bad, we arrived at 11:45 p.m. and there was some free space in the parking lot, there are showers and bathrooms but they are closed at night. Shower €2.70. Unfortunately the thieves visited us at night... Be very careful with that

26/11/2024: Bon accueil , Saint Jacques excellentes ainsi que les desserts ,nous y avons mangé 3 fois durant notre séjour et nous y reviendrons au prochain

02/11/2024: Petite balade au côtoyer...à 14h30 nous décidons de prendre un café... refus de nous prendre avant 15h ....bref nous revenons à 15h et là un serveur nous prends en charge dirons nous,peu agréable nous lui commandons un café et là oh surprise pas de café juste thé ou chocolat...nous optons pour un thé et là oh surprise pas le choix du goût donc thé à la menthe obligé...bref reçu comme un chien dans un jeu de quille car MONSIEUR est en vacances le lendemain pour 3 mois et à apparemment envie de liquider son restant de stock

The pizza is not even the one requested... lol..Order from Rue, Crousty pizza, they are excellent, friendly and deliver on time. The Liro pizzas tasted like powder, too floury...
