22/11/2025: Very nice, the food was excellent, the table service was very good, we had booked a room upstairs and the icing on the cake was that someone was playing the accordion (too loud for us but it was a very nice surprise).
17/11/2025: It's quite simple: every time we visit St. Valéry, we always book a table at Le Moulin 🙂.
The food is excellent, from appetizers to desserts, it's flawless, with a presentation that perfectly reflects the flavors on the palate 🤤.
See you soon then 🙂

The waitress is smiling, pleasant, and very approachable, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.

Savory crepe with industrial buckwheat and overcooked and therefore dry!
Not great garnish.
I do not recommend this establishment, best made yourself!

This time we left with a charming attention which touched us and accompanies our dinner this evening!

16/02/2026: We were very disappointed by the behavior of the owner and the cooks.
We arrived at noon, and after a 35-minute wait, a woman in white came to greet her friends who had just sat down at the next table, with no regard for the other customers who, like us, were waiting.
The staff rushed to serve her friends. To our great surprise, we saw our order (sea bream, fish stew, and fries) redirected to them.
At 1 p.m., we still hadn't been served. We left the restaurant after paying for our drinks.
A Valentine's Day we won't soon forget.

Very warm and friendly welcome.
Prices are a bit high in general.
But unfortunately, everything is going up.
I think the quality is there, lots of choice...
We'll have to try the mini-golf next time.

27/11/2025: We had a wonderful meal here a few years ago. We decided to do it again. Monday, two people were there, but it was closed. We were confirmed it would open tomorrow. We passed by Tuesday at 6:45 PM, and it was closed. We passed by at 8 PM, and it was still closed. Wednesday then? No, closed, even though the "OUVERT" sign on the door shows the opening hours as stated in the information.
15/11/2025: Thank you all, Roger and the lady at the bar—they welcomed me warmly, caringly, and kindly. I was grieving and living alone, and they comforted me!
Roger's cooking is made with fresh, well-prepared ingredients!
Thank you all, summer at the foot of the tower, the Tetrasse is a delight, go there! And I'm from the area! 🙏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

25/02/2026: Two out of five people became completely ill after eating mussels at this restaurant. To err is human, but not getting sick from a restaurant meal should be the bare minimum.

21/08/2024: Nous y sommes allés 2 fois et tout était vraiment parfait , frais et succulent. Carte variée, plats bien équilibrés et raffinés.

20/08/2024: Venu pour déjeuner un jour de semaine en août, le restaurant était complet. Heureusement, nous avions réservé.
Le service a donc été trés long, notamment pour se faire servir les boissons qu'on a commandé en tout début de repas.
Pour nous faire patienter, on nous apporte deux petites verrines de rillettes de poisson, excellentes, mais servies avec du pain dur immangeable sauf à sa casser une dent. Il y avait du pain en corbeille qui nous mieux convenu.
Nous avons testé le menu Traditionqui comprend 1 entrée, un plat et 1 dessert.
L'oeuf mollet gratiné au Cantal est excellent. L'assiette de 6 huitres conviendra aux amateurs.
Les moules à la crème sont généreusement servies, les frites sont bonnes.
Coté WC, le tableau est moins sympathique. Il n' y a q'un seul WC Dales et un seul WC Messieurs pour l'ensembles des deux salles et de la terrasse ! Inutile de vous dire que la fille d'attente s'est vite allongée en fin de repas. Le pire étant que cette file prend possession du hall d'entrée. Pour un établissement de cette gamme, ce manque de WC est clairement un handicap.
Je recommande donc de choisir un jour sans affluence pour tester ce restaurant d'un bon rapport qualité-prix.
