L'Oeuf de Coq
Lavaur
06/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome at a restaurant that was rather quiet, probably due to the funfair taking place that evening.
All the better for us. Comfortably seated under the fig tree with catfish for company, we let ourselves be swept away by the discovery of the six-course menu and its paired wines.
We were surprised (many times), somewhat ambivalent (rarely), delighted, and transported by an explosion of flavor (always), with time between each course to recover from our emotions.
The wines were interesting, some original, and always perfectly complemented our dishes.
A wonderful experience that I highly recommend.
Thank you to Alice for the welcome, the service, and the wines.
Thank you to Mathieu for this culinary journey.
30/08/2026: Tasting menu with excellent value for money. A relaxed atmosphere, just the way we like it. Enjoy an aperitif on the shaded terrace.

Le Bistrot Du Marche
Lavaur
04/09/2026: I must admit I'm disappointed... I only went once... many of the vegetables were old and wilted. The shelves were half empty. Perhaps it wasn't the right day... but it certainly didn't make me want to go back.
Very disappointed...
11/06/2026: A very reliable establishment. The staff are very pleasant, and the products are high-quality (committed to sustainable practices) and plentiful 👍🏻. Ready-to-eat, ready-to-process, and ready-to-plant—what a wide selection and variety, all perfectly suited to your needs. Seasonal and with excellent advice.

Les Americains
Lavaur
14/09/2026: A very pleasant place with excellent drinks and cheaper than other bistros.
13/08/2026: Since the Grand Café opened, we've been there several times with family and friends. The welcome is warm, the service is quick and friendly, and the drinks are delicious and less expensive than elsewhere.
It's a real asset to downtown Lavaur, which is thriving thanks to this café. We can't wait to try their food soon. I highly recommend it!

Chez Fernande - La Fabrique
Lavaur
Viande excellente. À éviter si vous êtes pressé !
