28/01/2026: An absolutely magnificent experience at Le Baccara restaurant in Enghien-les-Bains.
From the moment you enter, you feel welcomed into a refined setting, with an atmosphere that is both elegant and warm. The cuisine is simply delicious: flavorful dishes, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients.
A huge thank you to Christian, an exceptional waiter, whose professionalism is truly remarkable. Attentive, smiling, responsive, and incredibly kind, he made our evening even more enjoyable. His dedication to service and his genuine care make all the difference.
A must-visit restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Special mention goes to Dessislava, a highly professional waitress: smiling, efficient, attentive, and always very elegant in her service.
She clearly contributes to the quality and image of the establishment.

30/01/2026: A pleasure that never gets old! From the welcome to the food and the service, everything is perfect. You feel right at home (even better on sunny days on the terrace/garden), you savor Mathieu's cuisine, always delicious and often original, and the team is friendly and very efficient. I love it! 😊

12/02/2026: Best casino in Paris, cheap cab to get to, sometimes theres a line in front. If you do not have EUN ID bring your passport, (cant get in with a non EUN ID)
09/02/2026: Yesterday, Sunday, February 8th, there was a concert (though there were too many comments, some more positive than others) by Didier Barbelivien. It's a shame, I was a little disappointed by the performance. Furthermore, the heat in the balcony was unbearable. Some spectators left before the end of the show. Isn't there any way to address this recurring problem?

17/08/2024: Excellent experience! It was really very good and inexpensive for top quality! (dedication to chef Maxime who should already have a Michelin star) The service and atmosphere are excellent with servers who are friendlier than ever! (and I'm very serious, I very rarely comment on reviews). However, I guess that the restaurant is being attacked by the competition in terms of Google reviews given the dishonesty of the people and the lies that I see, I personally find this shameful and petty coming from adults. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews of this beautiful place and discover one of the flagship restaurants in the far north of Paris!
16/08/2024: Very good place for a drink. A chic setting, the old café has been tastefully restored. For the cuisine, I only tried the bo bun (fresh, simple and quite decent) and a dish of the day (I found that the vegetables were too oily for my taste)

Par contre, la terrasse annoncée.....
Trois petites tables.......sur le trottoir !
10/07/2024: Cadre sympathique mais service long, table dans le passage, vin après servi après les entrées, ris de veau pas épluché et donc immangeable. Expérience regrettable.
