01/02/2026: The welcome wasn't very warm...
The atmosphere wasn't very chalet-like and felt dated.
When you go to the restroom, don't forget your coat and scarf because it's really cold in the mountains.
Luckily, the food was good and the waitress was friendly... I'm undecided about whether to come back or not.

20/01/2026: The cocktail was very tasty, but not exactly mind-blowing. And the aperitif arrived very late, just before the main course.
The crème brûlée was delicious, as always.
The disappointment was the two-salmon tartiflette. What makes this dish so good is the Reblochon cheese, which gives it its creamy texture and iconic flavor. But here, the cheese was so minimal that it was impossible to taste it. In fact, what cheese was used in this dish?
The service was attentive and friendly, very pleasant.
In January, I had a much more positive experience. However, it's impossible to post a new review without deleting this one, even though it's still valid for the visit mentioned.

04/11/2025: No heating. Food too salty, risotto overcooked and mushy. Overpriced for the quality of the food.
21/10/2025: Always very good, and they've added lunch specials for variety. Very tasty and enjoyable. Very reasonable prices.
I tried to take pictures of the plates, but they were so good, I ate them too quickly😅
And the much-appreciated bonus is that even the water carafe is Kinetico filtered👍 Other restaurants should follow suit 😉

13/01/2026: I do not recommend this place. There is absolutely no sense of customer service, especially from the young saleswoman with the bun, brunette with blue eyes. If it's her, run! Besides being neither friendly nor smiling, if you make a mistake in your order, even if she hasn't given it to you, she won't make any effort. Even if the item you're exchanging is the same price! "It makes a difference in terms of inventory." She has absolutely no customer service skills! You'd think she never makes a mistake. It's mostly just laziness and because she wasn't in a good mood! 😤
03/01/2026: Despite the usually good service, yesterday's sandwich was truly awful: the bread was very poorly cut, there was very little salad, and no tomatoes. The sandwich was dry and tasteless; a few pieces of breaded chicken didn't make up for it.

02/02/2026: I hadn't been in a long time and it was a disappointment. Their famous rib-eye steak was very mediocre, the fries were lukewarm, only the béarnaise sauce was palatable. For a starter, I had a salmon tartare Creole-style, and I'm still trying to figure out what was Creole about it and what the flavor was. There was way too much of everything mixed in with the salmon, resulting in a completely bland dish. With coffee, it came to €40!!! I've rarely eaten so badly for that price.
24/01/2026: They refused us because there wasn't enough space, made no effort to seat us, and when we waited in front of them, they told us to come back later. We realized we were bothering them! Very disappointed!

22/01/2025: Très bon accueil , agréable moment en famille , repas qualitatif et prix plus que raisonnable. A refaire avec des amis et collègues.
08/12/2024: Le riz pilaf était immangeable. D'ailleurs il n'avait rien de "pilaf". C'était un vulgaire riz bas de gamme, cuit à l'eau et sans sel. Nos voisins de table avaient pris une paëlla : ils se sont plaint du riz également. Je me demande encore comment on peut rater un riz nature...
Nous demandons des frites, et là surprise : elles ne sont plus à volonté. Les prix, eux, n'ont pas baissé... On se moque du client...
Le service était très familier, à la limite de la correction. A la fin, on nous demande si tout s'est bien passé. Nous disons que non. Le serveur nous répond "quand je suis fatigué, je ferme ma gueule"... C'est poétique...
