21/03/2026: I came with my family this evening. We're regulars at this restaurant and are good customers. We ordered an appetizer, a seafood platter, a bottle of wine, followed by sole with the children's menu. My daughter received her plate with two mini tenders. I asked if it was possible to add two more tenders because her plate was very small. The lovely gentleman (a tall Black man) said yes, no problem. Then came dessert. A waitress, the kind we often see (a blonde), seemed grumpy and announced, "Well, you have a choice of three children's menus for dessert!" To my surprise, I asked her why. She replied, "Well, you ordered two extra tenders!" 😅 I said, "Two extra tenders deserve an extra menu, without even mentioning it to the customer! They just announce it like that at dessert time?!" She replied that it was normal, that it was what I had asked for, and didn't even listen to my feelings and disagreement. She stood her ground, telling me it was this way and no other. It was very awkward and unfair to treat customers like us, who are frequent and regular patrons of this restaurant, so badly. The gentleman came to apologize and offered us a complimentary digestif or something else (a very professional gesture, which I appreciate, along with the very smiling and lovely young Black woman). He also admitted that I had only asked for two tenders and understood my position: that as a matter of principle, you ask the customer if they want an additional meal, and if they want two tenders, it's not possible, and you explain that to the customer as well. I was very disappointed in this woman; it's not the first time she's been unpleasant. I think you should stop working in this field when you're no longer able to satisfy customers. Luckily, your colleagues are there and provide excellent service; your behavior is driving customers away, which is a real shame!

20/03/2026: The food was plentiful and delicious. The waiter was lovely, and even though his French wasn't perfect, his kindness and humor were a real plus. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but the place was very bright.

05/04/2026: A lovely discovery in the region, perfect for immersing yourself in the mountain atmosphere for a meal. I've tried it twice: the cheese and charcuterie are of high quality, and the dishes are creamy and flavorful. I highly recommend it! ⭐

29/03/2026: We booked a table for two for an evening and ordered the raclette. It was very good quality and delicious, but unfortunately quite expensive. The atmosphere was a bit cold, though.

22/03/2026: We were very disappointed with this restaurant, which we've frequented for years. We ordered two gratinated mussels, one with Roquefort cheese and the other with Léon cheese. I asked the waitress if there were shallots, onions, or garlic in the mussels with Roquefort, as I'm allergic to them. She said no, because it wasn't listed on the menu. So I ordered. The mussels arrived, and we realized she had mixed up the dishes. I noticed there were shallots in the mussels, and I pointed this out to the waitress, who went to check in the kitchen and told me there weren't any. After checking, she found there were shallots in both dishes, so I ate them. We then asked twice for a carafe of water, which never arrived, and we had to ask another waitress for water. The carafe finally arrived at the end of our meal. We pointed out the problems to the waitress again. She seemed unconcerned about the seriousness of our dissatisfaction and offered no apology whatsoever. We will not be returning.

22/03/2026: Dirty restaurant, dirty food, dirty cutlery. It's not bad, but it's definitely better hot. Best of luck to the servers who, despite everything, remain very friendly.
