30/12/2025: Dinner on December 20, 2025. The welcome and service were excellent. The decor alone is an invitation to escape, with a special mention for the restrooms. The cuisine is inspired by travels, featuring flavors and aromas from outside France, but also distinctly French ingredients in a surprising and delicious contrast. Four of us at the table on a Saturday night, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Lovers of classic cuisine: look elsewhere. Lovers of surprises, come on in, you won't be disappointed. For those who consider this restaurant mediocre, go to McDonald's and expect to be treated like you are.

01/12/2025: Still not up to the standard of a major European airport.
Security checks are often interminable, especially for those not in business class, due to insufficient staff (particularly in Terminal 1 but also in Terminal 2E), when they aren't displaying complete nonchalance despite the endless queues...
Passport checks are even more interminable (often even for business class passengers). Arriving in Terminal 2E, the hub of the national airline, presents a very poor image of France for foreign visitors... What a shame.

03/03/2026: Had the most perfect stay here. The room was fantastic, we got a loft style room with a nice view. Very close to aeroville mall " which we walked to" and very close to the airport. Staff was super friendly, there was a snack bar at the lobby to grab a quick drink or late night snacks, and the restaurant there was a nice convenience. Our room had a microwave, fridge and stove. Cleaning supply was provided for dish washing and daily cleaning of room was done. Id definitely recommend this hotel

I stayed here while on a business trip to exhibit at the Parc des Expositions de Villepinte.
I didn't experience any issues like the "shower running out of water halfway through" mentioned in other reviews, and the room was spacious and comfortable for my five nights.
Because it's located very close to the airport, there's some noise when planes take off and land, but it's not unbearable. However, I think double-glazed windows would make it even more comfortable.
Also, the bath towels are very large, which is a nice touch.
The room has a kitchen in addition to a refrigerator.
Pots, pans, and dishes are also provided, making it very convenient for long stays.
I was surprised to see that it even had a dishwasher.
Incidentally, there's also a coin laundry on the reception floor, where you can wash your clothes. (It's located next to the elevator.)
Since it's close to the airport, it's often used by airline staff.
I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

10/03/2026: The food was honestly awful and lacked any flavor. From the first bite, it was clear that the quality was not there. It was a truly bad meal from start to finish. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed completely indifferent. The prices are way too high for such mediocre quality. I definitely won't be coming back.
Save your money and go somewhere else !!
07/03/2026: A very disappointing experience.
The welcome was particularly unpleasant: the waitress was cold and unfriendly. The manager seemed to be staring intently at the customers outside the restaurant, which was unsettling.
As for the quality of the food, everything tasted like industrial or frozen products, far from the advertised "homemade" image.
I also felt ill a few hours after the meal, which makes me seriously question the freshness of the ingredients.
Finally, the parking lot is in a terrible state: damaged pavement, potholes, and mud, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
I do not recommend this establishment.

10/03/2026: Okay, but nothing special. The tuna rillettes were really mediocre. I make better at home. The steak tartare and fries were better. You don't need to be a culinary expert... The service was friendly, though. I'd only give it a passing recommendation.
09/03/2026: The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, so we should have known 😬. It was still early and the menu looked tempting so we took the chance. We all ordered different courses (5 of us) and the first disappointment came when we heard that the French fries were not available anymore, and no vegetables either. We accepted some alternatives offered. It took ages for the 2 main courses to arrive, with the remaining 3 ones some 10 mins. later. Strange. The sea bass was extremely small for its price and tasted like chewing gum. The chicken was too dry to swallow and even when we gave this feedback for the cook, no excuse or whatsoever was given. Poor quality and poor service/hospitality to carry the name of Bistro de Paris.

The hotel is in dire need of a major renovation.
The bathrooms are outdated and the floors could use a good cleaning.
20/03/2026: Not a true 4-star hotel. They couldn't find my reservation and made me wait for dozens of minutes.

I still came back last weekend and the finito, fries not homemade, steak from the FROZEN burger even though I was told it was homemade…

21/07/2024: Waste of money. The only reviews above 3 seem to be from years ago.
I started off with offering a 3 but have now gone down to 2. Yes, it was that bad. Not sure how they claim they are ‘fresh’ or ‘upscale’ when I ordered the tomato Burrata salad because I didn’t want anything too greasy. A plate full of tomatoes came out with cheese in the middle. Looking forward to something fresh, I soon discovered that the tomatoes were clearly soggy and old and could be flattened with a fork easily. Now, if this was an inexpensive meal, one would think you get what you pay for, but it over €20 for a salad, it shouldn’t be too hard to ask for fresh tomatoes that were potentially purchased on the day. Especially because there is literally a supermarket that you can walk to 100 m away from this place. Nevertheless, I ate one slice of tomato. The baguette that it came with saved me. The baguette gets three stars.
It was so bad that, even though I usually don’t ask to ever see a manager, I thought the feedback would be worthwhile. The manager proceeded to tell me that it is a special type of tomato, namely the pineapple tomato and that it is naturally very soft and squishy. After two months of travel in Italy and France, I have literally never heard of this. Nor tasted anything this old and soft. So, I did a quick Google and, contrary to the managers description, the pineapple tomato is not supposed to be that at all. Please see the photo with the Google description. It’s meant to be firm. Anyway, just when I thought that finally we are getting somewhere, she told us not to worry and that she will take care of the item on the bill. She took six dollars off.
I am not sure what was worse, being lied to about a tomato, getting a quarter of that one plate off our meal bill or knowing that I had a baguette for dinner and that that was the saving grace. So unprofessional.
08/05/2024: Nous avons commandé deux assiettes de tagliatelles aux gambas avec un beurre d'algues, au prix de 36 euros chacune.
Nous avons également demandé qu'une assiette soit préparée sans beurre d'algues en raison d'une intolérance au lactose.
À l'arrivée des plats, la serveuse semblait ignorer lequel des deux plats avait été modifié, car les deux ont été servis sans beurre d'algues. Les pâtes étaient bien trop cuites, les portions étaient insuffisantes, ressemblant plus à des portions pour enfants. De plus, chaque assiette ne contenait qu'une seule gambas, ce qui est inacceptable compte tenu du prix. Nous aurions certainement mieux mangé dans un Mac do.
