22/02/2026: A restaurant that lives up to its reputation.
This establishment delivers on all its promises: the welcome is warm, the atmosphere convivial, and the ambiance truly pleasant. The waiters, the head waiter, and Mr. Bruno himself enhanced the meal with their attentive and caring presence. Interacting with all the staff was a genuine pleasure.
The quality of the ingredients is undeniable, as is the culinary skill and the care taken in the presentation of the dishes. A true feast for the eyes before it is for the palate.
If we may offer a small suggestion, we felt that the truffle flavor was primarily expressed through creamy preparations. With cream omnipresent throughout the menu, the mascarpone cheese and the desserts made it difficult to fully appreciate the overall experience at the end of the meal. But this is more a matter of personal preference than a lack of skill!
We are, in fact, very much looking forward to returning to discover the menus for other seasons, which will undoubtedly offer even more unique flavor combinations. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the Var region. A restaurant we highly recommend.

Special mention for Antoine. He's passionate about helping us discover hidden gems in unexpected little wineries. He understands our tastes even before we express them. Bravo!

13/02/2026: Fantastic establishment! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the service is impeccable, worthy of the finest restaurants, and everything we were served was perfect 😍

12/02/2026: Chosen at random, it offers a small, bistro-style dining room, which is perfect as I like the warm feel of the exposed wood. I'm offered some water before starting my meal, and I end up with a rather expensive bottle of Evian, even though I had ordered an aperitif right after. When we begin the butternut squash and porcini mushroom soup, things go seriously downhill. A blue cheese flavor comes through, which surprises me, as do our table neighbors when we're told there's no cheese in the dish. I'll let you imagine what I deduce about the quality of the cream. The main course, served without bread, is lamb and hake, very good, but also very small.
In short, for 76 euros for two courses and two aperitifs, the standard has its limits for me. Overrated is the word.

15/12/2024: L'arrivée au restaurant gastronomique se fait à taton de nuit, avec peu d'indications arrivés sur site. Il nous est demandé de stationner à l'extérieur, le parking à proximité du restaurant étant réservé à la clientèle de l'hôtel.....
Accueil plutôt dynamique et souriant, puis, bine fois placés à table, rien pendant 10 minutes...
Le reste du service a été parfois erratique, avec un service pour un table de 4 souvent effectué par deux aller retour d'un serveur seul... Original dans un tel établissement... La carte des champagnes est très courte et peu diversifiée.
Le reste du repas en 5 séquences était très bien. Des plats originaux, aux saveurs délicates et très joliment dressées.
06/10/2024: Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso, la comida era deliciosa, el vino era fantásticamente recomendable. No podemos esperar a volver, no nos sentimos apresurados en absoluto. Todo fue perfecto.
