In this respect, the restaurant certainly lives up to its reputation. However, a notable disappointment mars the overall experience: the truffle, which is central to the restaurant's identity. Expected to be the star ingredient, it is surprisingly understated, almost invisible. Its aroma, usually so captivating, struggles to express itself, leaving an impression of blandness that contrasts sharply with the expectations raised by the restaurant's reputation. This discrepancy is all the more striking given that everything else is so well executed. The overall impression is one of mixed feelings, between admiration for the overall craftsmanship and frustration with an iconic product that doesn't quite live up to its promises. An overall high-quality experience, but one that raises questions about the consistency and effective use of its signature ingredient.

24/03/2026: Very disappointed with our experience at Bruno's. We are used to Michelin-starred restaurants. But tonight, we were astonished to find none of the standards and expectations of fine dining… We started our meal with a piece of glass in one of the amuse-bouches… This was pointed out, but elicited virtually no reaction from the staff, not even an apology. Surprising for a restaurant of this caliber… This might have been overlooked if we hadn't been dealing with an unpleasant, unfriendly, and sometimes even haughty waitress throughout the entire meal. The only positive point: the sommelier, who was very professional and pleasant!
