01/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at the restaurant: succulent dishes, all centered around truffles. Each bite was a discovery, and the servers took the time to explain each dish in detail. Kudos to them for their attentiveness and professionalism (as well as their quick thinking when we had to move from the terrace inside due to the storm).
We were treated to this experience, and it truly was unforgettable. Bravo!
01/07/2026: A lovely setting, but the food and service were very disappointing for a final price that was far too high. I was initially drawn in by the enticing prospect of a truffle meal, but my enthusiasm quickly waned. Apart from the sommelier, who was professional and friendly, the service didn't live up to the establishment's self-proclaimed standards, and the manager was downright unpleasant. The first courses were completely tasteless, lacking even the flavor of truffle. We also waited a good fifteen minutes for the bill after repeatedly signaling to the waiters. You can eat much better in many French cities for half the price.

22/08/2026: Lovely terrace, sophisticated dishes with well-balanced flavors. The welcome is very pleasant and the service impeccable. Recommended by the Routard guide, we weren't disappointed. The prices aren't cheap, but this is entirely justified given the quality and the service. A great place!
18/08/2026: Truly very disappointing. The advertised prices are misleading; be warned, the bill could be hefty. The ribeye steak, ordered "well-done," wasn't cooked after a 1.5-hour wait. The Lorgues market is lovely, but don't rush to this restaurant to escape the sun and your thirst. I hope you have a better experience elsewhere than we did.

21/07/2026: Lovely place with amazing food. The daily special is fresh and the rosé is delicious. Very friendly service and a perfect evening. Do make a reservation, and on warm days, open around 8 pm due to the sun. Tip: bring mosquito spray.
The chocolate dessert is highly recommended.

15/12/2024: L'arrivée au restaurant gastronomique se fait à taton de nuit, avec peu d'indications arrivés sur site. Il nous est demandé de stationner à l'extérieur, le parking à proximité du restaurant étant réservé à la clientèle de l'hôtel.....
Accueil plutôt dynamique et souriant, puis, bine fois placés à table, rien pendant 10 minutes...
Le reste du service a été parfois erratique, avec un service pour un table de 4 souvent effectué par deux aller retour d'un serveur seul... Original dans un tel établissement... La carte des champagnes est très courte et peu diversifiée.
Le reste du repas en 5 séquences était très bien. Des plats originaux, aux saveurs délicates et très joliment dressées.
06/10/2024: Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso, la comida era deliciosa, el vino era fantásticamente recomendable. No podemos esperar a volver, no nos sentimos apresurados en absoluto. Todo fue perfecto.
