09/07/2024: A room with a good program (we saw Paloma I recommend this show), unfortunately we had to wait more than 20 minutes outside in the rain compared to the announced time.

Between the 1920s style cabaret, the late 19th century Eiffel ball-style construction and musical, festive, popular or creative creations, we find entertainment and high standards in this place. For this 3rd time in this theater, we saw Carolina's cabaret, very good!

09/07/2024: Si vous passez vers Avignon je vous conseille de faire une pause dans ce restaurant! L’accueil, le service, le repas tout y est!
07/05/2024: A chaque fois que je veux déguster une bonne viande grillée au feu de bois je vais au Courtepaille. J'ai toujours super bien mangé et le service est impeccable... Professionnel et chaleureux. Entre amis ou en famille je vous le recommande très chaudement. Les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité de la viande et des accompagnements. Très facile d'accès et pour se garer.

16/09/2024: Wonderful restaurant of the highest standard in one of Avignon's most beautiful small squares. The menu is small each day - to ensure the highest qulaity of freshness and this is reflected in superb dishes . We both had delicious marrow bone followed by duck (seems to be a popular dish in the city) An excellent locally based wine list - all in all a perfect evening meal in a pefect setting. A bit pricey -130euros for the two of us - but well worth it.

Quality foie gras and very sufficient quantity.
We didn't know it because we were passing through, but we weren't disappointed.

23/08/2024: Belle terrasse mais salade fade et mal présentée, café servi pas bon, raté, grand-mère ? mais resservi après l avoir dit au patron. La dame est gentille mais le garçon peu souriant.
17/08/2024: Nous aurions dû lire les avis...Spritz mauvais ainsi que la bière , tartare de saumon servi avec un avocat dur comme de la pierre immangeable avec des restes de peau...frites congelée et la pièce du boucher de très mauvaise qualité...
Nous ne tentons même pas les desserts ...
Menu enfant correct
Pour l instant cela reste le pire resto que nous ayons fait sur Avignon ( on vient tous les êtes depuis 5 ans )
