28/09/2024: Very good restaurant, the dishes are delicious and elaborate. Just bring a good windbreaker for the evening on the terrace! (There are blankets to save you otherwise ;))

26/08/2024: What can I say about this establishment other than the fact that it is flawless from start to finish..
The flavors, the combinations, the setting, the staff, everything is top notch
You can let yourself travel with your eyes closed in this establishment which raises the level of many restaurants
Thanks to the staff, the cook and the market gardener we will come back

14/09/2024: We spent one night in this beautiful establishment, and everything was perfect! The room (the stable) is simple but perfectly decorated, clean and quiet. The farm is very well maintained, quiet with careful decoration brought up to date. The staff is attentive and responds perfectly to various expectations. On the catering side, a bar with excellent cocktails and a very friendly bartender. The restaurant offers a menu or à la carte dishes, the products are fresh and well prepared. Everything is well presented and the taste is there! As for breakfast, local products are made on site. There isn't necessarily a huge choice but everything is coherent and ultimately sufficient. In short, no false notes, I without hesitation recommend this establishment which has just been recently taken over!
25/08/2024: Le cadre du restaurant en terrasse est très agréable pour le dîner. Service accueillant et sympathique.
Si la qualité des produits est plus qu'au rendez-vous, la cuisine qui se veut inventive ne nous aura pas laissé un grand souvenir.
Carte des vins au verre à étoffer sérieusement.

09/09/2024: Voici un lieu où l’on se pose la question de savoir si le temps a décidé de stopper ici sa course… nous sommes arrivés sous la pluie mais, pour autant, cela a ajouté au charme du lieu. Le chef et son équipe tous aussi accueillants et sympathiques les uns que les autres, la cuisine est riche de multiples saveurs et de belles découvertes jusqu’à la dégustation d’un délicieux vin blanc d’une belle élégance offert avec gentillesse par le chef… c’est dire l’âme de partage qui règne dans ce restaurant. Si vous n’y allez pas, vous serez passé à côté de quelque chose d’unique.
10/08/2024: Hervorragend! Herrliches Ambiente im Garten des Restaurants. Freundlicher und engagierter Service. Das Menü war sehr gut und lecker. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen. Unbedingt reservieren und die Speisen und Weine genießen.

01/09/2024: A very quaint place with friendly staff. Food was tasty and it was a cool place to rest away from the beaming sunshine.
24/07/2024: Delicious salads and hot dishes of the day...visited on market day so it was busy...had to wait 15 mins for table but the food made up for the wait...burrata salad cheese chaud salad and grilled cod with ratatouille and potatoes all excellent washed down with local beer, vin rosé or homemade lemonade a la menthe!

This stone bastide is very pleasant and perfectly maintained.
Comfortable room with balcony, beautiful heated swimming pool, quality restaurant on the terrace allowing us to enjoy a magnificent sunset over Gordes.
Lovely staff.

14/09/2024: We spent 2 nights in the Lys junior suite with the private terrace, everything was perfect, the warm and attentive welcome, the impeccable property, the comfortable bedding, the well-maintained park full of the pleasant smells of Provence, calm, pretty outdoor and indoor pool, and nice spa, my husband tried the floating bed, he told me it was a very pleasant and surprising experience! We ate one evening at the gourmet restaurant, the service truly 5*, the cuisine was refined, classic.
Suggestion: seasonal vegetables (cherry tomatoes, pickles, etc.) for breakfast.
Thank you, nice discovery, we are thinking of coming back.

13/09/2024: Typical tourist place, the salad was okay, but felt a bit overpriced.
The service was friendly, but there was only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant, who seemed stressed considering how many people were inside.
The inside area wasn’t very neat, and felt overly crowded

25/08/2024: Good food and atmosphere with patio dining behind a gift shop. However, we were stunned to learn that the restaurant doesn’t take credit cards. Manager pointed out that it states that on the menu but it’s on the back page below the alcohol listings so be warned. A credit card terminal was in plain view but the manager insisted on cash. We were told there were no banks or ATM’s in town. Thankfully our teen had enough euros from a prior trip to cover us.
23/08/2024: Friendly restaurant, in the heart of Gordes but quiet in a quiet garden, away from the crowds. Simple but very good food.
Excellent value for money (€10 for a goat cheese croque and €13 for pasta)
We had a great time.

13/08/2024: Poor service and very difficult to contact. After several phone calls and emails was finally able to make a booking using a voucher for this hotel. Despite booking several months in advance and planning around this weekend, the hotel abruptly canceled the reservation shortly before our stay saying their policy had changed and they no longer honored this voucher.
20/07/2024: Hotel very well located, 5 minutes walk from the center of Gordes. Very pretty panorama, breathtaking view of the village. Well maintained and very pleasant swimming pool.
Comfortable “Prestige” room but in need of updating. Regrettable absence of a mini fridge (more useful than a bathroom scale!).
Full breakfast but with imposed content. No eggs, neither hard-boiled nor cooked.

11/09/2024: Venue il y a quelques années avec un bonne expérience je repars déçue cette fois. Au lieu d’être sur la jolie terrasse autour de la fontaine près de la piscine, on se retrouve sur une en hauteur sans beaucoup de charme… les différentes plats du menu 3 services sont corrects mais sans vrai surprise. Par contre au niveau boissons : des coupes de champagne à 25€ servi à peine refroidi , des vins au verre (locaux) à 14 et 16€ avec un blanc à température ambiante et un rouge bien trop frais sans voir les bouteilles et sans aucune présentation 😞…Le prix n’est pas un problème pour autant que le service et la qualité soient au rdv…alors effet de fin de saison (10/09)??? Pour le bistromique d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, accolé à un restaurant étoilé, c’est vraiment plus que regrettable….Heureusement,D’autres belles découvertes culinaires et en vinà faire dans la région avec plus de convivialité et l’envie de vraiment vous faire plaisir
