28/09/2024: Very large selection of cakes and macarons of very good quality. There are also always changing seasonal tarts. The service is friendly and patient, as it is difficult to make a decision given the many delicious products. Currently recommended are the apple caramel tart and the brownie ball with pistachios.

25/09/2024: In Vaison-la-Romaine, this town where every stone breathes history, hides a sweet sanctuary, a place of worship for initiated taste buds: the Peyrerol patisserie. Pronounce this name in a low voice and you will see the eyes of the locals light up with lust and the smiles appear like greedy confessions. Today, rather than describing the sumptuous display of golden pastries, fine chocolates and ice creams with surprising flavors like blueberry or violet, let me tell you about a tiramisu that is as daring as it is refined. Imagine, first of all, a light mascarpone cream, soft as a caress, neither too sweet nor too strong. Each spoonful plunges into a fragrant cloud, subtly “punched” (I have always loved this culinary term ☺️) of a coffee syrup with deep aromas, flirting with the intoxicating notes of alcohol, without one or the The other never dominates, like a discreet whisper. It’s a delicate waltz between the voluptuousness of mascarpone and the measured intensity of coffee, in short: a perfect harmony. Then, on top, crunchy shards of lightly roasted pecans dance. Their woody, almost caramelized flavor awakens the senses, contrasting with the creamy sweetness to provide an apotheotic finish to each bite. 25/08/2024: Big big disappointment! Despite an exceptional steak tartare... served with reheated, shriveled and hard fries... A very mediocre charcuterie board to share... 4 slices of sausage, 8 slices of rolled breast, 2 slices of raw ham... and lots of pickles!!! No salad, no cherry tomatoes seen in a photo, no pâté... and to top it off, slices of stale bread that seemed to have been taken from one table to another... ending up on ours ! An eggplant and goat cheese puff pastry that was too iced, which prevented me from finding any flavor in it... It was our 4th visit, the previous ones having been very convincing... It would have been the last! Too bad, because the site is attractive, despite the fact that the restaurant is located in an artisanal area!

06/08/2024: Delicious food! Great price/quality! Nice place to sit! (Although the parking space is a bit of a deterrent) Worth the effort! We will go back there again :)

16/08/2024: Een heerlijke plek. In een rustig gelegen gedeelte. Net voorbij de Bovenstad. Super bediening maar vooral ook heerlijk gegeten. Mooi opgemaakte borden en heerlijk verse producten. Fijne smaken zonder ergens te overheersen. Een zeer goed aanbevolen wijn van La ferme Saint Pierre. Roi Faineant 2022 Heerlijke volle wijn. Genoten van deze avond!

29/04/2024: La baguette l'epi fanny is great! Hearty, unbleached, great chew. Croissant aux amandes also very good.

04/04/2024: Relative artisanal bakery because yes the bread is very good and artisanal, however the pastry is industrial and disappointing. You might as well buy in supermarkets...

18/09/2024: Very disappointed, Viennese chocolate cold and small for the price. The waitress is a little clumsy in her comments. The toilet has no water because they shut off the valve due to a leak. And why are the toilets upstairs?? Prices in general are high. In short, I don't recommend it.

18/09/2024: Place discovered during our stay in Vaison. A great place, great service and a boss like we would like to see more often. And the must, from Orval à la carte. For us who are Belgian and originally from near Orval, what more could we ask for! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back on our next stays.

22/09/2024: We have been visiting Vaison-la-Romaine at least once a year since 2007. We eat at l'Oustal for just as long. We only have fond memories of what it used to be like. Unfortunately, that is a thing of the past. Carelessly served food and third-rate wine can now be found instead. The price-performance ratio has dropped very significantly. Very unfortunate. We have decided not to come back.

10/09/2024: We'll start with the positive. The waitress was super pleasant and the bartender too. Clean toilet, that's nothing to say. On the other hand the negative point, we suppose that it must have been the manager, lack of hygiene on his part in setting the tables, licking his fingers to put the placemats in place, not smiling for a penny, lack of professionalism, unpleasant to wish with customers. Tight like a thong. We think that in business the essential point is a smile and friendliness, this does not fall into these skills, he should think about changing jobs.....

29/08/2024: Excellent Magret de canard qui ne nécessite même pas de sauce supp Serveuse sympathique, belle terrasse malgré qu’elle se situe le long de la route . Et pour terminer avec une addition normale en rapport avec la qualité

26/08/2024: Très bien reçu, servi, donc ravis. j’ais commandé le riz d'agneaux aux morilles ,je m'attendais à avoir 2 ou 3 champignons avec une sauce basique, oh surprise! Une dizaine de morilles dans une sauce subtile, un riz extraordinaire, pour 22 euros un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel.
