13/09/2026: So what can I say? A warm goat cheese salad for €11? Uh oh 🧐 I wasn't happy. Four kilos of lettuce, four pieces of tomato, and nothing else. Not a few sliced ​​onions or bacon bits, nothing at all. Frankly, I was disappointed. As for the main course, I can't say it wasn't good—homemade fries, but the sauce could be better. Unfortunately, there was practically no sauce with the chicken; it was dry. I didn't want to order dessert, but unfortunately, it didn't make me want to go any further. He's doing it all by himself: cooking, bar, and serving. I acknowledge the effort, but he needs to be careful not to overdo it.

07/09/2026: The service was very pleasant; Mamadou was very attentive. The place was really lovely. The food was... good. For starters, we had the fresh combo. We were expecting pita bread as advertised on the menu, but we received tortilla chips under five pita breads. My scorpionfish was cooked well but tasteless, as were my side dishes, except for the onion. The dessert was satisfactory. For the price, I expected better.

04/09/2026: A wonderful discovery. The setting is superb, with a particularly pleasant terrace, ample space between tables, and lovely decor. The food is a real success: refined, seasonal cuisine, beautifully presented, with perfectly portioned dishes. Special mention goes to the "Strawberry Field" dessert: a crispy base, white chocolate emulsion, and strawberry sorbet. Light, fresh, and indulgent, without being overly sweet. A true triumph. The service was also excellent: the staff was friendly, efficient, and quick. The only slight drawback: €6 for an espresso and €8 for a long black... that's a bit steep.

11/09/2026: We were delighted to discover this extraordinary place, which is wonderful in every way: refined and generous cuisine, a friendly atmosphere. We tried the Abbesses pâté, a specialty I highly recommend, which, despite its name, is made with fish. A must-try if you're ever in Remiremont.

They even made two 6-person birthday cakes for me in 1.5 hours because I'd forgotten to make the cakes for my son's school birthday party 🌟 The girls are lovely too. I highly recommend them! 17/05/2026: I ate there on May 17, 2026, at lunchtime and was honestly very disappointed. We waited an hour for our meal. The flank steak, ordered rare, arrived on my plate medium-rare and really small. The potato fritters were microwaved. The fries smelled of used oil; you could taste it. Unfortunately, the cook is really not up to scratch. Even the pie was reheated the same way. Ugh. A €30 set menu that was only worth €10. Luckily, the green salad filled the plate. The cook is a microwave master. In short, it wasn't good at all. Luckily, the waitress was nice. I don't recommend it.

17/05/2026: The storefront and interior layout have a slightly retro bar feel, and the dining room is nicely decorated. The welcome is friendly and the service relatively quick. The homemade dishes are prepared with care, sometimes with a touch of originality (special mention for the steak tartare on bone marrow!). Everything is excellent! We'll be back…
