She's absolutely wonderful: incredibly friendly, with infectious good humor, she welcomes you like old friends. A true hospitality expert who lights up the room with her charm. 26/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer! We enjoyed a delicious bull stew (gardiane de taureau), generous, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. High-quality ingredients and authentic flavors that truly showcase the Camargue region. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere convivial. A real pleasure from beginning to end! If you're visiting Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, as we were, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. 19/07/2026: Finally, a restaurant where they don't treat you like a tourist. We opted for the €26.90 set menu. The verdict: unbeatable value for money with delicious home-style cooking and a satisfying meal that left us feeling like we'd had a truly excellent meal.
