29/05/2026: Everything was perfect! Apparently open for 10 years, this was our first time there. But what a find! Impeccable table service, the head waiter was helpful and very kind, the dishes were all delicious, the setting is lovely—what more could you ask for! A wonderful romantic evening!

The service was there, but we felt like we were bothering one of the people who served us because they were very cold and every request seemed like a chore.
26/04/2026: Second time at this restaurant. A year ago, I got a nasty case of food poisoning and received apologies from the chain. Today, my friends and I tried again: the service was very rushed, not particularly welcoming, the dishes were relatively expensive for the small portions, and there was no effort made in terms of presentation. The fish dishes were meager and very ordinary. The sea bream fillet with mashed potatoes looked like a generic dish you'd make at home.
I don't think we'll be back.

Very disappointed; Pedra Alta has gone downhill.
01/06/2026: Good evening, an experience not to be repeated at this Pedra Alta. They were clearly understaffed to handle the very large number of customers. There was a mistake with the orders between the two dining rooms. Children under 10 were served last, even though we had clearly indicated that they should bring their shared dish before the adults', to allow time for aperitifs.
The aperitif was missing and never arrived. The mussel dishes smelled bad and were sent back twice, only to be left uneaten and then sent back permanently.
We waited almost three hours to be served.
Many customers were dissatisfied and complained to the staff, who were powerless to help. We requested that the manager come to our table to explain the situation, but he never came. We asked for bandages for one of the children, and I was told they didn't have any, so I had to go to the hotel next door to ask for them. UNACCEPTABLE and INADMISSIBLE this experience is far from what it was in the past at this same place.

29/07/2024: Une délicieuse friture de joëls, d'excellentes sardines, un filet de dorade toujours réussi, une jolie sole meunière cuite juste ce qu'il faut, et une Pavlova en dessert.

29/07/2024: La qualité baisse d'année en année et les prix grimpes d'année en année. Il applique les prix des JO !! Accueil quelconque, serveuses pas professionnelles, il manque toujours quelque chose: cuillère pour la soupe, beurre pour les huitres, le pain etc
11.10€ un gin tonic: c'est pas mal; 185€ à 3 pour un repas quelconque. Déjà venu plusieurs fois, mais je n'y reviendrai plus.
