To be honest, I wasn't expecting to be able to enjoy such a well-crafted course meal for lunch.
Not only were the dishes beautiful, but each dish had its own story.
Especially the final puff pastry.
It was reminiscent of the dish that appears at the end of the movie "Grand Maison Paris," and the moment I saw it being brought to another table, I ordered some without hesitation.
The flavors were even more exquisite than the visual impact.
It was a lunch that conveyed not only the chef's skill but also his passion.
It wasn't just a meal, it was an experience.

01/01/2026: We had New Year's Eve dinner at this restaurant. The set menu was quite expensive compared to what I usually spend on restaurants, but in the end, it was worth every penny. Five courses, each as delicious as the last, and a complimentary glass of champagne. Not too noisy and excellent service. A very good place to eat in Cannes!
11/12/2025: One of the best dishes I've ever tasted: cuisine that is both refined and generous, as captivating for the palate as it is for the soul! The welcome is extremely pleasant and warm, and the service is simply impeccable!

J'aime beaucoup le cadre, au milieu des chevaux, la cuisine est simple mais excellente, c'est familial, le patron est adorable et les prix ? je me demande comment ils font. Nous étions un Vendredi soir, il y avait donc un spectacle musical, j'habite à 10mn, aucun doute, j'y retournerai.

16/02/2026: The first order arrived very quickly. The second order, due to confusion in the kitchen, resulted in a wait of over 30-40 minutes. In total, I spent over two hours at the restaurant, which is a bit long... but mistakes happen!
As for the quality of the sushi, it was mediocre. The salmon didn't really have any flavor, and don't even bother ordering the sashimi for an extra €5... I've rarely seen so much rice in a nigiri; soon you'll have to eat it in two bites... It's the first time I haven't been able to eat the California roll with avocado and salmon or the salmon maki; I didn't like them at all. I ended up ordering the crispy rolls because the onion masked the poor taste... The skewers are clearly reheated; you'll often hear the microwave clicking...
The staff is friendly, but I definitely don't recommend it.
