29/03/2026: We came for lunch on Saturday, March 28th, and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, pleasant service, and above all, delicious, beautifully presented, and flavorful dishes. You can tell they pay real attention to the ingredients and the details. A truly excellent restaurant that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!

21/03/2026: Great atmosphere, you can actually hear yourself talk, the communication between the dining room and the kitchen is excellent, and the food is delicious.
As for the service, our waiter TEO was fantastic, providing service worthy of a gourmet restaurant. Always attentive, with a great sense of humor and genuine kindness. Truly superb. It's rare to experience such excellent service alongside such delicious food (kudos to the kitchen!). Thank you, TEO, and best of luck to the entire restaurant!

The dishes are superbly flavorful and presented. For vegetarians, I recommend the Roquefort, pear, and walnut tartine and the asparagus and poached egg velouté. ...and for flexitarians, the chicken supreme... with baby vegetables... and I'm not even talking about the desserts! Bravo and thank you!

26/02/2026: Today we had a wonderful afternoon tea with a pistachio latte, waffle, and Kinder Bueno cookie. I can assure you it was delicious, and I even had some to take home!

21/03/2026: While passing through Alès, we stumbled upon this restaurant. We weren't disappointed by the duck breast and the ravioli with porcini mushroom sauce. The dessert was also very good. A very warm welcome. Highly recommended.

15/03/2026: Hello, a negative review for the person taking reservations. We booked for 1 p.m. and were told, "Sorry, we thought it was for noon," and were turned away. It's a shame because usually everything goes smoothly. They won't see me again.

18/12/2025: I was extremely disappointed by the 22% increase in my premium this year. Furthermore, I found the staff in St. Ambroix (Gard) and the branch manager, Mr. Heddebaut, in Alès (Gard), to be incompetent in handling my case. Having been insured for 45 years without any claims of my own, this is truly a lack of consideration. Needless to say, I have cancelled all my policies. I do not recommend this MMA insurance.
Following your response: During our phone conversation in Alès, you indicated that this increase (which I consider arbitrary) was legal and that there was nothing you could do. In St. Ambroix, I was even told that I could cancel my policies at any time, referring to the Hamon Law, which I did, and I transferred my policies to AXA, saving €194 for better coverage. Shop around.
