24/03/2024: This Saturday March 23, 2023, we were at the Solenca hotel/restaurant! Restaurant offered by a Smartbox and well, we were not disappointed! An appetizer made from duck rillettes on toasted toast, a real appetite-whet! A warm gizzard salad, simple and effective! It's good, tasty and plentiful. A generous duck leg, on a bed of cauliflower mousseline, artichoke scales and bacon with a slightly smoked taste that made me melt! To finish this hearty meal, a crème brûlée, flambéed with Armagnac. It's sweet and excellent to finish a magical meal in a very clean place and whose staff was attentive to us and very professional!
To continue our idyllic evening we slept there! Clean room, rather well soundproofed! Bathroom with bathtub and magnifying mirror, hairdryer! Top !
The bedding is very pleasant for sleeping...or not!
It's well organized and everything is clean!

21/03/2024: Lunch today March 21, 2024 following a Wonderbox gift box. Very warm welcome at reception, the waitress very pleasant and very polite. We will come back very soon but this time with a group of bikers always looking for good food.

24/03/2024: Damn thank you I paid 78 euros or 72 e it's the same for a night in a room so small that... plus it had a smell it was I it's not how long it wasn't used smell of cigarettes even though I'm used to 1st class hotels wow I've never seen that it's archaic, then you can sleep in something more drinkable where you eat but more than 100 euros, I'm sorry but 72 euros for 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. thank you, but the food was good just room 123 I think 1u 1st floor while I slept in 2000 downstairs in room 10 it was bigger and at this price, elsewhere for the boss the next one I pass gives me a discount

30/03/2024: Arrival at 12:15 p.m., departure at 2:15 p.m. A little long though ☺️. Very friendly staff.
I had frog legs. For €16.90, I expected to have a little more than 4 small ones!! Considering the price per kilo 😅!! Then pasta with prawns (3) and cockles. It was good but the thighs and prawns were a little overcooked and therefore dry. A little expensive for my service, starter, main course, dessert: €43.20!! My husband had the menu for 28.50, salad, steak fries, cheese. GOOD.
Holiday vouchers accepted.
02/03/2024: Arrived at 1 p.m., during the week, the restaurant was packed with people, no problem, they were able to find me a seat. Affordable and above all very good, quality menu of the day. Starter, main course, dessert (out of greed), I had eaten too much 😉
I will come back with pleasure

24/03/2024: Great experience. Visit the animal park in around 1 hour. Followed by a complimentary homemade aperitif with cold meats. The restaurant is also very good. Very good quality farm product. Great family time. I highly recommend
21/03/2024: Very nice little walk, a little steep (it climbs well!).
The deer are very shy and run away as soon as we approach, but the wild boars are curious and come easily to meet them.
I was able to see 5 adorable pigs playing and running around. Rare moment, I witnessed the feeding of the 2 sows (female wild boars).
The does are quite greedy and approached easily to receive a few grains of corn.
The owners are adorable, the welcome was really nice, plus I was the last visitor, but they didn't show any impatience to see me leave, they were very cordial and available. Thanks also for the fruit juice, I wasn't expecting that.

01/04/2024: Restaurant discovered during a group outing on a Friday and a great discovery; we enter, there are people and it smells very good! That's a good sign and the meal confirms my impression. Main course + dessert €14.90 very correct. Salmon a treat plus delicious home fries and well served crepe dessert. For sure I will come back with my family 😄😋😋 so I came back with two people Saturday evening, good food, friendly staff but we regretted the lack of atmosphere ☹️

31/03/2024: Good overall but lots of small issues. Bones in the fish, the aperitif not served (olives, glasses, peanuts), tasteless white fish, and dessert with a chewing gum macaron. The price of the menu justifies the quantity more than the refinement.
31/03/2024: Terrible service, bad experience. Table of 2 people for our wedding anniversary. They bring us white wine instead of red, second time not the right bottle. Third time it's the right one except that when uncorking the waiter drops his lemonade bowl on my plate and arrives without the glasses. The aperitif glasses never cleared...Not to mention the times he crushes Madame's feet during service...
Cuisine level: tasteless fatty times. Macaron arrives hard as a stone inedible, general average level. An unpleasant table nearby (yelling, speaks rudely and loudly) but we think it was not their day given the other reviews posted.
