10/03/2026: A festive menu for February 14th, featuring a variety of excellent dishes with amazing flavors! A bag of petit fours to take home. Nice! (The wait between courses was too long due to one of the two servers "abandoning" the service. We only realized what was happening and why there was such a long delay a little too late.)

22/02/2026: Review February 2026: A year without being able to visit: it's sadly closed on Sundays, but fortunately, on Saturday lunchtimes you can enjoy the evening menu. I was able to rediscover the excellent Table de Caychac, with Yann still at the helm. I thoroughly enjoyed the slow-cooked veal rump with a delicate ratte du Touquet potato mousseline... which paired beautifully with parsley-seasoned oyster mushrooms and waffle fries, all topped with a delicate black garlic sauce. On the palate: a magnificent marriage of flavors. Once again, my taste buds are delighted. Thank you, Yann, and... see you soon! 💫 Review March 2025: We always return with pleasure to this excellent Table de Caychac, which never fails to surprise our senses. Starter: Camembert, walnut, and honey shortbread tart: as delicious as it was surprising. Main course: Roasted duck breast stuffed with foie gras, served with port and foie gras sauce, butternut squash mousseline, and baby vegetables: a flavor combination that completely reinvents the traditional pairing of duck breast and foie gras. Dessert: Grand Marnier frozen soufflé, wonderfully smooth and creamy. One minor drawback: the service was slower than usual. Was this the price of success because the restaurant was full? Or was the waiter less efficient (and less refined than previous ones)? But a huge thank you to Yann, the Chef, for this wonderful experience. 2024 Review: Truly captivated by this cuisine which, built on a foundation of masterful classic techniques, combines a successful marriage of flavors. 13/02/2026: Do not go to this restaurant under any circumstances!!!!! I got sick from their meat. This restaurant should really be boycotted, and they showed a complete lack of understanding and professionalism!!!!

12/02/2026: Very bad experience at Bistrot Régent in Blanquefort During our visit on February 2nd, my son ordered duck breast. A few hours after the meal, he became ill and suffered from digestive problems for three days. Medical tests were carried out, confirming food poisoning. We informed the restaurant of the situation, providing the necessary information. Despite this, no responsibility was taken and no compensation was offered, which I find particularly regrettable given the seriousness of the situation. Beyond the health issue, it is above all the lack of consideration and professionalism in the handling of this incident that is problematic. When it comes to a customer's health... A very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this establishment.

28/01/2026: A very warm welcome, the pizzas are delicious, and the owner is incredibly friendly and always smiling! The 24/7 pizza vending machine outside is super convenient for getting hot pizzas outside of opening hours. I highly recommend it!

25/01/2026: I just had a bad experience for the first time. On Monday evening, January 12th (8:30 PM), I went to pick up two pizzas from the automatic ordering service, and it turns out that the one I chose (the one on special offer) made me sick during the night. The next day I was very weak, so I called a doctor who, after various tests, rushed me to the hospital. They diagnosed severe food poisoning. It took me a full week to recover, with my liver severely affected, and I was hospitalized for 10 days. In conclusion, I will no longer order pizzas from the automatic ordering service because I no longer trust them. However, I will remain a loyal customer of this pizzeria for pizzas made right in front of me. I just hope they'll pay attention and remove the older pizzas or those nearing their expiration date (or even be more vigilant about the ingredients they use). However, if I were to get sick again from eating another pizza, I would file a complaint this time for endangering others through poisoning. I haven't done it yet because I'm feeling a bit better today, and I think we're allowed to make mistakes because nobody's perfect (and besides, I've never had a problem with their very good pizzas before because I'm a big fan).
