27/12/2025: I booked this restaurant for the 27th of December for Lunch with my family during my Christmas Holiday in Bordeaux. We had to cancel the reservation for personal reasons and I forgot to cancel my reservation (noting that I didn’t confirm the reservation at any moment and the restaurant didn’t even call me to confirm). I called to restaurant to kindly ask them to cancel the reservation but they still charged me 100€ per person. So I payed in total 300€ for not even going there. Be careful when booking to this establishment as they won’t be understanding at all even during Christmas time and will charge you a huge amount for being able to attend the reservation.

06/12/2025: The height of absurdity! Arriving at night, admittedly, but using a mobile phone for light would have been acceptable. The welcome was perfect, the food good, and the atmosphere hushed. For a novice in fine dining, this might be tolerable, until the extremely expensive bill, especially considering we weren't offered an aperitif or even a digestif, and we were advised to keep our knives on throughout the meal (a five-course menu with fish and meat)! And what about the wine prices (see the wine list)? A rather disappointing experience compared to other establishments in the Bordeaux region.

15/02/2026: I wouldn't go back. Pleasant atmosphere, but few options. We expected much more. Expensive for what they offer. A wine that would cost 20 euros in the market, produced at the winery itself, cost 60 euros there. In other words, no incentive to consume their own wine.

21/03/2026: I regularly use the drive-through service, and it's always the same story… Waiting, waiting, and waiting some more… And it's not due to any major customer demand… Very often, I have to reheat my food once I get home. I try to speak to a manager to report these recurring problems, but they seem unresponsive, practically closing the window before the conversation ends.

18/03/2026: I was the second person present that day, and I fully confirm the facts. Your response is simply dishonest. At no point did you offer a "second round" or make any kind of gesture of goodwill. You approached us in a condescending and inappropriate tone, telling us we were talking too much, as if we were children. We were customers, calm and respectful, in a nearly empty restaurant. Your intervention was not only unjustified but also unpleasant. To present this now as a "generous gesture of goodwill" is a blatant attempt to distort reality. Simply own up to your mistake instead of covering it up.
