07/05/2024: New hotel, second visit. Breakfast is nice. A bar is a plus, you can sit there for a drink in the evening in quiet armchairs. A slightly less cold welcome would be nice.

05/02/2024: Despicable! A hair on the lemon of fish n chips. The salmon steak smelled like death. The leeks were not cooked. The fries were lukewarm to cold! And all this for €20 per plate!

13/09/2023: As far as I am concerned, a very bad eating experience with spring rolls drier than a brick, however, not having eaten a nice commercial gesture on the part of the young woman at reception who only made me pay for my cocktail when she knew that I had not liked the meal at all since I had only eaten two spring rolls which had not been served apparently some work will be done I went back for the pleasure of meeting the staff

05/04/2024: I got sick …. 🤢! My husband and I went to eat instead of buffets near us, we wanted to go the distance because it seemed better and in the end absolutely not!!! The dishes were cold and apparently it's been a long time given the reviews that nothing has changed! The dishes are not covered to stay warm! The meats tasted like they were frozen or not fresh and the next day I was sick! And the person in charge of the wok is really unpleasant: he asked me what sauce I wanted for the meat in the wok that he had to cook for me with and in the end he served me the plain plate without sauce?? The wok was full of oil and water and the meat was barely cooked! I hope that this establishment will finally review its priorities and finally focus on the quality of the dishes instead of its service or the decor of the place, this is becoming dangerous for consumers and I should file a complaint regarding this

31/03/2024: Meal during the week for lunch. Very disappointed. It felt like we were eating leftovers from the day before. Everything is very sweet. The spring roll stuffing was mushy, the shrimp a little dry, the fried noodles a little bland. In short, other restaurants of this type are present and offer fresher things!

05/04/2024: Friendly service, conveniently close to the airport. Very outdated and not too clean. Wouldn’t be too much of an issue given the price if the bed wasn’t absolutely shocking. Deep hard pits on either side of the mattress, impossible to have a decent nights sleep.

15/07/2023: plusieurs chose à revoir dans ce restaurant, si vous aimez l’ambiance cantine cela est fais pour vous , le personnel ne dis pas bonjour, la nourriture est sans goût ( et pourtant il s’agit de chose simple ) , le pain est dure ça ce vois qu’il n’est pas tout frais, seule point positive les desserts il y a du choix mais rien d’exceptionnel, la prochaine fois je regarderai les avis avant d’y entrer, première et dernière expérience…

25/02/2024: Glad to see the renews lounge in Bordeaux. The only acceptable place in this terrible airport. Lounge is small but great to grab a coffee or snack before your flight. Several seating options but lounge can feel a bit crowded at peak time. Usual snack /coffee/drink options for an Air France lounge. Staff was courteous. It’s a no thrill but does the job kind of lounge

19/08/2023: Second time at Pitaya.. second disappointment, we will no longer recommend. Of course it's plentiful, but the dishes have no flavor despite the ton of salt, the uddons were bathed in oil. Even the cookies chosen were not the ones wanted and bad too

28/07/2023: Today July 28 at 8:10 p.m. I ordered a dish with green curry shrimp and I received it with chicken and it had no taste. My children and my wife liked them but frankly already the mistake instead of shrimp 🍤 I received chicken and I said to myself no problem but in the end not spicy as advertised and no taste. But the cashier was nice even if she put chicken instead of shrimp but it's possible that those in the kitchen were wrong but I personally didn't like my plate even though my 3 children liked it and my wife so I gives 3 stars and apparently it's halal there was nothing marked on the menu or anywhere but I can understand but when I saw beer in the fridge that's why I wanted to take the shrimp. I didn't like among the 5 of us even though I have a good puck.

28/03/2024: Friendly, fast and accommodating, this place allows you to eat with colleagues. Reservation may be necessary. The dishes are simple and good.

15/08/2023: I went for dinner to this place with my wife and another couple. The experience was horrible. Demotivated and rude staff. The gentleman that took our order would barely speak english and brought the wrong tapas. The portion of chorizo and croquettes was shockingly poor for the price. The monsieur opened the bottle of wine but didn’t even pour the wine for the ladies. I plan going back to Bordeaux, however never again to this restaurant. Do not recommend it.

11/08/2023: One of the best airport food experiences. Good that we didn’t read the reviews before we went. Food was surprisingly delicious. Service - well, the wait staff we had was just being his French self. Nice view of the airport runway. We enjoyed our brief lunch of salmon and lamb.
