22/09/2024: An excellent Alsatian restaurant in Guebwiller which offers you all the essential Alsatian specialties! The dishes are very good, plentiful with excellent value for money. The restaurant also offers a very wide choice of wines from Alsace and all over France. The room is quite small so remember to book! ;)

It's hard to make the waitress smile. The Alsatian reception was not very positive among my friends from the interior, except for the Parisians who are used to a lack of friendliness.
27/08/2024: We were with two friends one evening, the lady who took the orders was not at all kind, citing the fact that she was alone after more than half an hour that we had been there waiting and we called her. The choucroute is sufficient

04/01/2026: Delicious pastries, beautiful presentation. A lovely tea room, competent and discreet staff, creating a calm atmosphere reminiscent of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Then comes the tasting of high-quality products. A reputable establishment, a beautiful shop both inside and out, delicious products—the whole experience invites you to spend some time in a peaceful setting. Therefore, a reliable business, given its long history, proves that even in a small town, you can find excellent companies.

20/09/2024: I recently visited *Bella Napoli* pizzeria and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The setting is warm, with an authentic atmosphere reminiscent of small Italian trattorias. The service is fast and the staff are welcoming.
Regarding the pizzas, they are really delicious. The dough is thin and crispy, cooked to perfection in an oven which gives an authentic taste. The tomato sauce was rich in flavor, not too sour, not too sweet.
The only downside is that it’s so good that you become addicted.

28/03/2024: A terrible school, teachers who disrespect you, random class times, a timetable that is useless given the class times are arranged randomly, I am absent between noon and 1 p.m. even though I am supposed to eat?? I am external, I specify, supervisors who record absences poorly. I really don't recommend this school.
