28/05/2026: An absolutely perfect stay! ✨️ The overnight stay with dinner and breakfast was a first for us, the staff were incredibly attentive throughout, the amenities provided exceeded our expectations, and we left feeling completely refreshed! The complimentary bottle of chilled water for our journey home was especially appreciated in this heat 🥰

25/06/2026: I wish I could tell you about the food or experience however I was very rudely ran off for using the bathroom before I sat at a table. He proceeded to tell me he was going to come to my home and use my bathroom and blocked my egress until I paid him for the use of said bathroom although I asked for a table to sit . I threw him 5 euros and left. It was the craziest thing to ever happen to me in a restaurant the man needs help.

05/06/2026: We have been to Ville de Nancy four times (which speaks to our enjoyment of this place) and last night was by far the most amazing meal we have had yet! The combinations were delicious- pea, green beans and cherries- yum! So many options for wine to select from and wonderful, friendly service! We will be returning!

19/04/2026: Instead of the booked 20 m² suite with a view of the mountains, we got a 9 m² room in the attic with a skylight and a view of another roof. The furniture was worn out, the refrigerator was on the ground. The administrator gave us the keys and went home. We didn't get dinner, we didn't get breakfast either with us or on site. We didn't get our money back for the room and breakfast we paid in advance. Parking is 2 blocks away, although you can park your car right on the street. The SPA is an old dusty jacuzzi, standing on an open balcony in a side street between houses. We didn't get the bill either. The hotel doesn't respond to emails, doesn't communicate through Booking. Most of the photos in the profile are not from this hotel. A complete fake. Be careful - payment only in advance, the establishment does not refund money.

18/04/2026: We went there for a meal and received a very warm welcome! The setting, both inside and out, is very charming and pleasant, the cuisine is refined and delicious, good value for money, and the establishment is very clean. We'll definitely be back!

A warm welcome, impeccable and very friendly service. And on the plate… pure bliss! High-quality Alsatian cuisine made with fresh ingredients! 28/05/2026: Absolutely horrible cappuccino - stay well away for coffee. Responding to the owners response below - To clarify I am from Australia, not the USA. We have a strong coffee culture in Australia. Whilst the service and atmosphere were wonderful, the cappuccino was terrible

24/06/2026: Despite having a choice, what we requested wasn't available. No coffee either. They didn't provide paper napkins; in fact, I was completely dissatisfied with the service. You were my first choice during our visit to Ribeauvillé, and I bitterly regret it.

21/05/2026: Where do I even begin with this hotel? The hotel's decor is okay; it's furnished in a medieval style, giving it a certain cozy, almost romantic feel. The lady at breakfast was friendly and satisfactorily fulfilled our requests. Upon arrival, we had access to a combination lock. Breakfast consists mainly of puff pastry and pretzels. If you want (and speak French), you can also order something from the counter; otherwise, there's fruit, yogurt, jam, and spreads. Unfortunately, I can't say such positive things about the hotel room itself. Sure, it's nicely furnished, and it definitely achieves the look of a medieval room, but the door was already heavy when we walked in, and we couldn't lock it because the cylinder lock was broken. We could only use a chain from the inside to secure the door. Secondly, the light in the bathroom didn't work, and another light above the sink didn't have a switch (or we couldn't find it). Also, the entire hotel room is tiled; you won't find a carpet here. The pictures show a fireplace, which isn't real, which isn't a big deal, but it didn't work either, nor did the heating. We managed to keep warm with blankets from a creaky wardrobe and an air conditioner on the wall set to 30 degrees Celsius. Finally, the cleanliness was a problem: cobwebs and dust were everywhere, including on the ceiling. The toilet was also dirty, with unidentifiable stains, and there were various stains in and around the bed and on the sofa. The table wasn't level and wobbled with every touch. The hotel itself is nicely located in the city center, and everything is easily accessible. Overall, it was okay for one night. We were a couple, but we won't be coming back.

17/05/2026: We ate there during our trip to Alsace, and the food was terrible. The pasta and quiche were awful. The staff wasn't very friendly either. I won't be back.

24/06/2026: I walked in with a 4-year-old who needed to use the bathroom urgently and was peremptorily shooed away, without the opportunity to explain that my wife and other child were outside and wanted to sit down. Expert-level rudeness. Luckily, Alsace is full of other decent people.

18/07/2026: Contrary to the stated opening hours (until 5 pm on Saturdays), we were ushered out of the café at 4:20 pm with three small children in an extremely unfriendly manner. This is no way to treat guests!
