28/05/2026: An absolutely perfect stay! ✨️ The overnight stay with dinner and breakfast was a first for us, the staff were incredibly attentive throughout, the amenities provided exceeded our expectations, and we left feeling completely refreshed! The complimentary bottle of chilled water for our journey home was especially appreciated in this heat 🥰

19/04/2026: Instead of the booked 20 m² suite with a view of the mountains, we got a 9 m² room in the attic with a skylight and a view of another roof. The furniture was worn out, the refrigerator was on the ground. The administrator gave us the keys and went home. We didn't get dinner, we didn't get breakfast either with us or on site. We didn't get our money back for the room and breakfast we paid in advance. Parking is 2 blocks away, although you can park your car right on the street. The SPA is an old dusty jacuzzi, standing on an open balcony in a side street between houses. We didn't get the bill either. The hotel doesn't respond to emails, doesn't communicate through Booking. Most of the photos in the profile are not from this hotel. A complete fake. Be careful - payment only in advance, the establishment does not refund money.

18/04/2026: We went there for a meal and received a very warm welcome! The setting, both inside and out, is very charming and pleasant, the cuisine is refined and delicious, good value for money, and the establishment is very clean. We'll definitely be back!

05/09/2026: The restaurant hosted our group for a back-to-school meal: everything was perfect, from the initial planning to the evening we spent together. The meal was simple but prepared with great finesse and using high-quality ingredients. The service was efficient and pleasant, which led us to find the value for money excellent! Thank you to the entire team, and we look forward to seeing you again, as we will undoubtedly return for a private meal! Note: the restaurant has recently changed hands, so don't rely on older reviews…

30/08/2026: A table for 8 for a Sunday lunchtime birthday celebration. The terrace is lovely thanks to the wisteria, offering fresh air and a warm atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly. The food is excellent. I should add that, considering how busy it was, the wait between courses wasn't long, and we were all served at the same time!! Which is very rare 😇. We will definitely be back!

30/08/2026: The wine was corked. The waiter denied this and said it was part of having the chef taste the wine, even though it was obvious the wine was not good. She was very difficult about it, but later she admitted it. The zucchini with the meat was overcooked and mushy. The Caesar salad and tomato salad with burrata were tasty.

18/08/2026: Best bar/restaurant in Ribeauvillé. Friendly. Welcoming. Relaxed. Allowed me to charge my bike-battery with ease. And let me finish my beer even after they had closed. Wonderful.
