02/02/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant if you're passing through the beautiful town of Soultzmatt.
The setting is pleasant but unremarkable.
However, the food is excellent, made with high-quality ingredients!
Impeccable service.
20/01/2026: A perfect welcome, impeccable and attentive service, generous and delicious cuisine, a slightly basic wine selection (a shame). I visited the restaurant in January and it was very cold. In any case, I highly recommend this Winstub restaurant, which is truly delightful. A very pleasant Winstub.

25/02/2026: Excellent stay! The hotel and restaurant are beautifully situated in a peaceful, natural setting. The room was exceptionally clean! The meals and breakfast were very good. We thank all the staff and owners for their kindness and helpfulness. Highly recommended.
23/02/2026: We left this establishment with very fond memories and will be returning very soon as the welcome exceeded our expectations and the meals were delicious.
The rooms are very clean, and we highly recommend this place to anyone who might have any doubts.

The calf's head was excellent.
This time, we ordered tournedos.
The meat wasn't up to the price.
Disappointed.
30/12/2025: A decent little room in the building at the back of the courtyard; it's a shame there's no longer a television, especially in winter. No private parking, but they were kind enough to let us access their courtyard anyway because of the Christmas market... there's no public parking nearby. The restaurant was crowded and there weren't many staff, so there was a long wait.

20/02/2026: Rooms in need of major renovations, reception staff need training in providing good customer service. Breakfast was reasonable for the price, good location. I certainly won't be returning.
23/01/2026: The hotel is pleasant, well-located, and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is the breakfast. It lacks hot dishes like scrambled eggs or sausages, and the products served aren't exactly fresh. Best regards, Tomek.
