18/10/2025: We've tried all the pizzerias in Balma and this one is by far the best! The pizzas are simple and well-balanced in flavor. The dough is thin, just how we like it. The owner is very sweet!

27/12/2025: Fantastic establishment! We've been ordering charcuterie and cheese platters for Christmas for years and have always been delighted! The staff are very welcoming and seem to love their work. We highly recommend this delicatessen for its quality products and very professional staff!

27/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to eat Papy Ly's cheese platters. We thoroughly enjoyed the cheese platter again (I love the 30-month Comté), the truffle ham, the candied orange peel, the oysters... Never disappointed. Happy New Year to the team!

20/02/2026: Having stayed here before, we always enjoyed the good atmosphere and had lunch – a good sign, as they accept dogs, which is rare these days. The location is just 2 minutes from the ring road, ideal for a motorway break.

15/02/2026: We arrived at 8:30 pm, and our order was taken at 9:00 pm. The appetizer was served at 9:32 pm, but by 9:56 pm the main course still hadn't arrived. Dessert didn't arrive until 10:15 pm… It's a shame, because the dishes were generally good, even if some arrived cold. As a result, we ate without really enjoying our meal. We were also in a very cold room, with the heating not working. Waiting so long without food, in the cold, was unpleasant. There were no apologies at the end, no gesture of goodwill. Avoid this place if you're hungry: the portions are decent, but the service is extremely slow. We pointed out that it was a set menu, so the wait wasn't justified.

05/03/2026: We came one evening in March. And to our great surprise, we had the chance to enjoy a juicy and tender fried chicken. Beyond their excellent cuisine, I must highlight the warm welcome, the atmosphere, and the exceptional service, which is one of their greatest strengths. If you come on a Wednesday, you might have the chance to participate in the activities offered. There are some fantastic prizes to be won, including a trip to Esptxein Island and an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Also, I forgot to mention, but they do serve chicken. Thanks again to the whole team: Kentchuky, Fried Chicken, and of course, Colonel Sanders. Amen.

05/03/2026: Amazing experience, impeccable service! I highly recommend it; it's worth stopping by. This KFC is unlike any other, and they actually serve chicken. Plus, if you're lucky enough to get Catherine at the register, you'll see her smile light up the place. And needless to say, there are no delays. Orders are always complete, and sometimes there's even more than you ordered.

03/01/2026: Despite a very warm welcome, I got sick from the satay duck: the dishes smelled awful (chicken or fish too) which is quite alarming.

22/09/2025: Hello A bit of a harsh comment, I admit. The bakery is nice, the food is good. But my experience this lunchtime was CATASTROPHIC. I came across a saleswoman who gave us a rude welcome. She rolled her eyes when I dared to ask a question. Very rushed, she made it clear she didn't have time "I have some cleaning to do." I dared ask her to relax. I'd be happy to hurry, but there are limits. And then, radio silence, not a word from her. She stopped responding, ignoring me. This is the first time I've been to this bakery, and it will be the last. I've never been greeted like this. Sorry to the owner, who offers nice products, but the welcome is just as important. Perhaps a good manners course to consider...?
